I did receive a payout from them but it did take about 5 weeks for me to get this by mail.
They have a live casino but the video does not work. So you only see a faceless avatar. I have tried all options to fix this problem with no success. Also, there are no slots tournaments showing up for me. And my second payout request was denied without explanation given although have requested an answer several times. So I will be depositing any more funds.

I generally found it hard to be able to successfully cash out here. Could’ve just been my luck.

Casino I totally recommend it. Has many of the slots others have. Alot of progressive slots also. It has a great customer service, so you don’t wait to long for a reply. I like the poker play as well.

Much to my surprise they did in fact award me with the free $20.00 ND Chip so was stoked with that. On the negative, i thought i would try the download version but every time i clicked within the casino, Malware popped up. Very annoying and time consuming and disruptive. Hopefully this can be fixed.

I was introduced to rtg casinos by my brother. My wife and I both created accounts not realizing that this would get me banned. That was over 8 yrs ago. Last month I contacted the casino to see if there was any way to clear up my account and delete any other accounts. They looked into it and stated that that wouldn’t be an issue. After giving them my info and updating my address I was told this would apply to sister casinos also. So, I’ve been depositing thinking everything was fixed. I noticed that I was still not able to log into sun palace casino so I contacted them via live chat. They told me I was banned. I told them that I was told everything was cleared up and was able to log into Las Vegas USA and had even made a couple deposits. I asked if my deposits were more like donations. My response……chat was closed. And was once again banned from all casinos related to Las Vegas USA with no answers. I feel that is a shady thing to do. Obviously there security dept have no standard procedures and no communication. I’m still trying to figure out why one day I was told everything was fixed. Just to find out I had made deposits that would have been voided if I had won. Don’t use this casino. I feel ripped off now. My I.P. Is blocked now, so I can’t even contact any of the casinos via live chat to find out what is going on.

I don’t know why it takes up to 2 weeks to recieve you’re withdrawal it only took a minute to deposit it….lol Did not win

It’s okay, just similar to other casinos. We’d like to see updated in more different games !

70x is playthrough is a joke. most of their bonuses are ridiculous and you are way better off not using them.

I have made several deposits here and no issues. But if you plan on a “quick” payout process, go elsewhere. I requested a minimal withdrawal, just to actually see if they were legitimate and the process was almost SIX weeks. I will not be playing here any longer. Too long of a wait for a few hundred bucks.
