Uptown Aces Casino features a strong selection of over 200 gaming titles and lucrative bonuses. The site’s slots library in particular is lauded by experts, though the table games and specialty game sections have room for improvement. They also note a complete lack of live dealer options. The $8,888 welcome bonus over the first six deposits is a positive to experts, especially since it comes with a 25x playthrough requirement, which is on the lower end of industry averages. Experts have no problem with the site’s depositing options, but the limited payout options and low per-transaction maximums are a strike against the online casino.

My Experience at Uptown Aces
My experience reviewing Uptown Aces was much more positive than negative, as the gambling site was very fun to explore. The slots selection in particular was enjoyable. Even though the site’s 200 title slot library isn’t as big as some other online casino’s catalogs, Uptown Aces offers filtering tools that make it a breeze to browse for your new favorites.
The site has lucrative bonuses as well, and the welcome bonus has a lower rollover requirement than many competing gambling sites too. I had some problems with the site’s payout policies, however, and would like to see a little more consistency and transparency on the site’s banking methods page.
Keep reading to find out what I liked about Uptown Aces, and where I think the gambling site could be improved.
- Date Played : October 2024
- Starting Bankroll : $100
- Ending Bankroll : $105
- Browser/Device Used : Windows desktop (Firefox) / Android (Firefox)
- Experience : Reviewing Uptown Aces was a very enjoyable experience. I hit multiple bonuses on both Legend of Helios and Megasaur. While the specialties section was a bit lacking, it did feature Banana Jones, which is one of my favorites. At the end of the day I came out a little ahead than what I started from, but even if I had lost, Uptown Aces is quite fun to play at.
Bonuses Review
The Uptown Aces welcome bonus is an enticing offer for new users, up to $8,888 and 350 free spins in total, and I appreciated that the offer comes with a low 25x rollover requirement (deposit + bonus)
Deposit | Bonus | Amount | Free Spins |
---|---|---|---|
First Deposit | 250% | up to $2,500 | 100 |
Second Deposit | 150% | up to $1,500 | 50 |
Third Deposit | 100% | up to $1,000 | 50 |
Fourth Deposit | 100% | up to $1,000 | 50 |
Fifth Deposit | 100% | up to $1,000 | 50 |
Sixth Deposit | 188% | up to $1,888 | 50 |
The Uptown Aces welcome bonus has a $25 minimum per deposit.
There is a casino games bonus that’s good on casino and table games for up to $1,500 over two deposits, which on the surface seems like a nice offer. However, the bonus doesn’t count for roulette, baccarat, poker, craps, sic-bo, or war. It’s a nice offer if you’d like play blackjack or any other table games not listed, but for a bonus that advertises that it’s for table games, it’s disappointing that it excludes many of the most popular table games around.
It’s also worth noting that unless you click on the promotions page from the Uptown Aces home page, all bonus information is presented within a small window that is cramped, and the page itself feels dated and clunky to navigate.
Payment Methods Review
Depositing at Uptown Aces is a breeze, as the casino supports deposits as little as $10 with a variety of credit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Litecoin. The withdrawals, however, leave a lot to be desired.
The casino only supports payouts in Bitcoin, Payz card, bank wire, and checks. Furthermore, there is a $100 minimum and — with the exception of Bitcoin and Payz— a $30–$60 withdrawal fee on all withdrawal requests. And with payout maximums between $2,500 and $3,000 per transaction, players may end up paying a lot of money in withdrawal fees, unless they use Bitcoin or Payz.
I have another issue with the Uptown Aces payment section: the deposit and withdrawal options listed on the website don’t match the options that are present when you’re actually logged in and click on the cashier section.
While the actual cashier shows more options than the banking page, it’s a pet peeve of mine when an online casino’s banking information is vague and inconsistent. This is Uptown Aces’ biggest downside, in my opinion.
Uptown Aces Casino Review
Uptown Aces is a fully stocked casino that has just about any type of game you’d want to play (with the notable exception of live dealer games). The slots selection is well-organized and easy to browse, even if some competing gambling sites have bigger slots libraries than Uptown Aces does. I didn’t find the “smaller” slots library to be a negative in the least, I’d like to point out.
The presence of 50 progressive slot games was a major plus for me, as some other casinos don’t carry any jackpots at all, let alone 50 of them. If there was one downside to the casino for me it was the lack of specialty games, but with decent table games and video poker sections, I didn’t find this to be too much of a negative.
The Uptown Aces homepage feels a little bit outdated, and if you click on any of the links on the top menu you’ll be taken to additional pages that also feel like they were made at least 20 years ago. But if you click on the “Instant Play” button the homepage you’ll be taken to the main casino, which feels like a modern website that’s intuitive and easy to navigate.
Uptown Aces Slots Review
The Uptown Aces slots section boasts over 200 slot titles to choose from. Even though the library isn’t the biggest I’ve seen, there’s more than enough here to have a good time. You can filter games by three-reel, six-reel, jackpot, floating symbols, and more. You can also sort the titles by name or jackpot amount, both in ascending and descending order.
A lot of online casinos with thousands of slots don’t allow this level of filtering, so I appreciate that Uptown Aces makes it easy to browse the catalog. Users can try games for free as well, allowing you to make sure you enjoy playing a game before you wager real money on it.
Every slot I tried performed smoothly and had high-quality graphics, and the majority of slot enthusiasts should have a good time playing at Uptown Aces.
My Uptown Aces Favorites
- Bubble Bubble 3 — RTG’s Bubble Bubble series is so popular that the company has made three of them so far, and with good reason. The campy witch-themed slot has five reels and three rows that offer 50 paylines. Within those paylines you’ll find scatter tiles and wild witches, pumpkins, cauldrons, and witches’ hats. It has a 96% RTP and high volatility.
- Legend of Helios — The Legend of Helios slot is also a 5 x 3 with high volatility, with an Ancient Greece theme. I hit the free wheel spin bonus on my very first spin, and won $25 on a $1 bet. So obviously I was hooked from there. On top of the free wheel spin bonus, additional features include scatter bonuses, mystery symbols, and wild tiles.
- Mermaid Royale — My favorite part about playing Mermaid Royale is the bonus row that sits above the main play area. When a wild symbol appears in the bonus row, the entire reel under that tile becomes wild. The row can also give you free games, treasure chests with bonus money, retrigger scatters, and more.
Jackpot Slots
The progressive jackpot slot selection at Uptown Aces is impressive, offering players the chance to win big jackpots on 50 individual titles. The games feature mini, minor, and major jackpots in which all active players contribute. The ability to watch a jackpot grow in real time is more than enough to keep me playing.
My favorite progressive slot I played was Megasaur, which featured a major jackpot of over $764,900 when I played it. The volcano tiles were particularly exciting, as three or more of them triggered one of the game’s jackpots. Like all slots, anticipation builds when you hit two bonus tiles and you wait for the third (or more!) to hit, but with a jackpot of more than $700,000 at stake, this one was a blast to play.
Table Games
Uptown Aces’ table game selection isn’t the biggest around, just 14 titles, but the games it does have offers a dynamic selection. It has standards like blackjack, baccarat, and few poker variants. There are also less common games like Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and Akbar Romeo Walter.
If you’re looking to play some table games in between slots then the selection would be fine, but if you want to play table games exclusively, you might find the selection here a bit bare.
Uptown Aces Table Games
- 21 Blackjack
- 21 Suit ‘Em Up Blackjack
- 32 Cards
- Akbar Romeo Walter
- Andar Bahar
- Baccarat
- Blackjack + Perfect Pair
- Caribbean Draw Poker
- Caribbean Hold ‘Em Poker
- Caribbean Stud Poker
- Let ‘Em Ride
- Teen Patti
- Tri Card Poker
Video Poker
15 separate titles can be found in the Uptown Aces video poker section, which, to me, is a good amount. If I have one criticism of the video poker section, it’s that there are only single-hand video poker games available. Even so, it’s not too big of deal.
I think most players should find the Uptown Aces video poker library to their liking.
Specialty Games
In my opinion, the specialty games selection at Uptown Aces has a lot of room for improvement. There are only four games in the section, and one of them (European Roulette) is incorrectly categorized, so there’s actually only three.
The site does have a crash games section — which are normally found under specialties — but that section only has one title.
There’s a single keno game, a single crash game, Fish Catch, and Banana Jones.
That said, Banana Jones has always been one of my favorites. It plays similarly to Chutes and Ladders, with the player rolling the dice to try and move up the game board. Along the way you’ll find diamonds, bonus wheels, vines, and snakes. If you land on a vine you’ll move up, and if you land on a snake you’ll fall back.
The goal is to make it to the top of the board to enter the temple, and I always have a great time trying to get to the top.

Customer Support at Uptown Aces
Website | UptownAces.eu |

support@uptownaces.eu |
I had a question about the Uptown Aces Casino games welcome bonus, specifically about which games I was able to play. I clicked on the live chat button on the bottom right-hand corner of the home page, and was prompted to enter my question, which I did. I was then connected to a live agent named Alexandria, who asked me what she could help with. Clearly she didn’t have access to the question I had already typed in.
Once again I asked which table games I could play as part of the bonus, and after a few minutes she returned to say that after I claimed the bonus any games I wouldn’t be able to play would be grayed out.
This wasn’t very helpful, as I wanted to know which games I was able to play before depositing money for the bonus. Even so, I’m sure if I had pressed her a bit more she would have eventually told me.
But the response was reasonably quick, and I feel that if I had more serious issues with the casino that I would be able to get support in a short amount of time through the live chat function.
Mobile Gaming at Uptown Aces
Like many online casinos, Uptown Aces doesn’t have a dedicated mobile application. The mobile website has all the same games, banking options, and promotions as the desktop site. It’s organized a little differently to make it easier to use on a mobile device. For example, the menu button appears on the right side of the screen instead of the left. There are also additional menu options on the bottom of the mobile screen that are not there on the desktop site. These simple organizational changes make the site more intuitive for mobile users.
All the games I tried on my phone performed smoothly, and the graphics all looked great too. If you like playing casino games from your mobile device you shouldn’t have any problem at Uptown Aces.
Uptown Aces Review Summary
I had a good time exploring Uptown Aces for the purposes of writing this review. The site’s homepage feels a bit outdated, but once I entered the main casino the site was easy to navigate.
I enjoyed how I could filter out the site’s casino games by type, bonus, name, date added, and more. I also appreciated that it featured more progressive jackpot slots than most casinos do, about 50 in total. The table games selection was a little lacking, but still perfectly fine. I would have liked a bigger specialty games section, however, and the lack of a live dealer casino was a little disappointing.
My biggest issues with the gambling site were its limited withdrawal options and low payout maximums, and I didn’t like that it displayed different banking options between the website and the cashier itself.
The casino’s welcome bonus is great though, with $8,888 in matched funds available over the first six deposits, and with a lower-than-average rollover of only 25x. So if you’re looking for a fun, mobile-friendly casino site, I think you’ll have an enjoyable experience at Uptown Aces.
