My Experience at Royal Vegas Casino
When I signed up at Royal Vegas, I opted not to claim their welcome bonus. I felt like I wasn’t going to play enough to merit claiming it, so I just deposited my $100 instead. I found the process of signing up and depositing to be super fast and easy, and I was playing games within 5-7 minutes.
I will say, I think Royal Vegas could organize their games a bit better. There are some preset filters, but they’re not great. I’m also confused by their live casino, because it seemed prerecorded. I’ll dig into that a bit later, but overall I didn’t have a bad experience. I’d say Royal Vegas is middle of the road for me.
Experience Summary
- Date Played: June 2024
- Starting Bankroll: $100
- Ending Bankroll: $126
- Browser/Device Used: Chrome laptop / Android
- Experience: I had a good time playing at Royal Vegas. I lost around $25 playing various slots games, and about $50 at the roulette table. But, with my last $25 I was able to make a run playing blackjack and swing back into the green.
Royal Vegas Bonuses
Start your casino experience by claiming the Royal Vegas welcome bonus on your first few deposits. This welcome bonus offers a 100% deposit match of up to $300 on your first four deposits. If you claim the maximum bonus for all four deposits, you can earn a total of $1,200 in bonus cash.
You don’t need a bonus code to claim the welcome bonus. Instead, you can claim the bonus offer directly from the deposit page, as long as you have opted-in to the promotions program.
However, this welcome bonus is only available for the first seven days after your account is created, so don’t wait to take advantage of it.
The welcome bonus is subject to a playthrough requirement of 70x. We found many Royal Vegas reviews that claim these rollover requirements are too high. They even claimed that the site was trying to scam players with these terms. However, as we read these online casino reviews, we realized they missed an important detail.
Royal Vegas only applies the playthrough requirement to the bonus amount. Many other casinos apply the playthrough to both the deposit and bonus amount, doubling the requirement. If you are concerned about being able to meet the rollover, you can always deposit a lower amount to claim a smaller bonus. You may also want to reach out to customer service to see if they have some free spins offers or other bonuses that might work better for you.

Royal Vegas Loyalty Rewards
Royal Vegas has a six-tiered program that allows you to earn points based on your casino activity and redeem those points for cashback bonuses.
You earn one loyalty point for every euro you wager or your currency equivalent. However, some games contribute faster than others. For example, you can earn one point for every wager on slots, but you have to bet $5 on table games to earn one point. If you play blackjack and certain video poker games, you will have to wager $100 to earn one loyalty point.
Once you get to 5,000 loyalty points, you can redeem them for bonus credits at a rate of 5,000 points for five bonus credits. Here is an overview of the VIP levels and the benefits available at each level.
Level | Status Points Required | Level Bonus | Daily Specials |
---|---|---|---|
Bronze | 0-2,499 points | 0% | NA |
Silver | 2,500-11,999 | 3% | 25% more |
Gold | 12,000-49,999 | 6% | 50% more |
Platinum | 50,000-124,999 | 8% | 75% more |
Diamond | 125,000-2,147,483,646 | 12% | 100% more |
Prive | Invitation only | 15% | 120% more |
The level bonuses make it easier to climb the program’s ranks because you earn a few extra points for every $100 you wager. In addition to the level bonuses, you can also get daily specials, which help you earn additional points for playing specific games.
You may notice that the first level of the program does not offer any level bonuses or daily specials. That might deter some people from choosing Royal Vegas casino because you have to wager at least $2,500 before you can start earning rewards.
However, there is one extra benefit that is only available for players at the bronze level. You automatically receive 2,500 bonus points for making your first successful deposit. So, you will climb to the silver level before you even start gambling.
Royal Vegas keeps a running record of your lifetime points, so you do not lose your status when you redeem your loyalty points for bonus points. It is also good to know that there is no wagering requirement on those bonus points.
You do have to meet minimum requirements to maintain your status each month, and your loyalty points can expire after 60 days.
Overall, we were impressed with the loyalty program during our Royal Vegas review. Of course, it would be nice if the bonus points didn’t expire so quickly, and we wish the site didn’t have a monthly minimum to maintain your status. But the program itself is very straightforward, and it makes it easy to climb the ranks and earn valuable rewards continuously.
Royal Vegas Banking Options
Royal Vegas is committed to digital encryption technology, several deposit options, and fast withdrawals. That means that you can trust all of your transactions will be safe and secure, you can choose the deposit method that works best for you, and you can get your money quickly.
We found many different banking options during our RoyalVegasCasino.com review. Some banking options may depend on your location. For example, Interac is a Canadian company, so that banking option is only available on Royal Vegas Canada. But no matter where you live, the site always offers several options for credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
The minimum deposit amount is $10, and the most that you can deposit in a single transaction is $20,000. Some banking methods may impose other limits that are outside of the casino’s control. Royal Vegas does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals.
Withdrawals are limited to $10,000 per day. However, you may be limited to a withdrawal maximum of $4,000 per day if your withdrawal request is more than five times your lifetime deposits. Progressive jackpots are not subject to these withdrawal limits.
Royal Vegas has a closed-loop policy, which requires you to use the same banking method for deposits and withdrawals, up to the amount of your initial deposit. If you are withdrawing more than your deposit amount, you can choose the withdrawal method for the amount above your deposit.
For example, if you deposited $100 on a credit card, the first $100 of your withdrawal has to go back to your credit card, and any amount above that could be withdrawn using your preferred withdrawal method.
The site will use your preferred withdrawal method whenever possible, but it reserves the right to use the easiest withdrawal method when necessary.

Royal Vegas Casino Review
The best part of choosing Royal Vegas is the casino games that you get to choose from. Royal Vegas offers more than seven hundred casino games from Microgaming, as well as live dealer games from Pragmatic Play.
With so many different games available, the online casino at Royal Vegas covers all of your favorite casino games. It includes slot machines, table games, and video poker. You can also enjoy a few unique specialty games. Let’s explore each of these categories in more detail.
Slot Machines and Branded Games
It should not come as a surprise that the vast majority of games on Royal Vegas are slot games. There are hundreds of slots to choose from, including the following classic Microgaming slots.
- Thunderstruck II
- Immortal Romance
- Break da Bank Again
- Avalon 2
- Book of Oz
- 9 Pots of Gold
- Book of Atem
- Shamrock Holmes
- Temple of Medusa
In addition to titles like these, you can also play branded slot games on Royal Vegas. Microgaming has several branded games, including Jurassic Park, Lara Croft, Game of Thrones, and Bridesmaids. These licensed games bring your favorite movie and tv characters to life and let you join them for a reel-spinning adventure.
No matter what kinds of slots you are looking for, Royal Vegas has some games that will work for you. Their collection covers every possible theme and the bonus features you might be interested in.
However, with hundreds of games to choose from, it can be challenging to find the games you want to play.
Fortunately, the Royal Vegas casino home page is a well-organized resource. The home page has several game categories to help you find games that appeal to you. For example, you can see a list of sports slots, games with rolling or cascading reels, 243+ pay line slots, or games with expanding wilds.
After you start playing various games, the home page will also recommend games similar to the ones you have already tried. You can also find the hot or cold games and see a list of the most popular games.
Royal Vegas also has several exclusive games that are only available on this site and its sister sites. Exclusive games include Galactic Gold, Lucky Leprechaun Clusters, and some of Microgaming’s newest additions.
We love seeing online casinos that offer a lot of games, but it is also essential to organize them so that it is easy to find games you want to play. Fortunately, Royal Vegas does an excellent job offering an exciting collection of games and organizing them so that players can easily navigate the options.
Table Games at Royal Vegas
Slots may get most of the attention, but Royal Vegas still has plenty of options for table game players. There are more than 80 table games to choose from, which is double the number of table games on most of the casinos we review.
The table games collection covers all of your standard casino games, including blackjack, roulette, table poker, and baccarat. You can choose from several unique variants, as well as a few other distinctive casino games. Here are a few of our recommendations.
- Multi-Fire Roulette– This game is a variant of European roulette, but before the wheel spins, one to five numbers are randomly assigned a multiplier. If you win a bet on a number with a multiplier, you can win even higher prizes.
- No Commission Baccarat– Play your favorite baccarat game without having to pay commission on banker bets. Instead, the odds are changed for banker hands that win with a score of six.
- Sic Bo– The one table game that we could not find on Royal Vegas is craps, but if you are looking for dice games, sic bo is a good alternative.
- Dragon Tiger– This exciting casino game is similar to baccarat, except only one card is dealt for each hand. You have to bet on which hand you think will have the higher card.
- Vegas Downtown Blackjack– Microgaming offers several blackjack options, and they distinguish them by location. You can choose from Vegas Strip, Vegas Downtown, Atlantic City, or European blackjack. We like the odds on Vegas downtown blackjack best.
- Lucky Showdown Hold ‘em Poker– Take your favorite hold ‘em game back to the plains of Texas with this cowboy-themed poker variant. It is a fast-paced poker game with a chance to win a progressive jackpot.
We were impressed with the table games collection during our review of the Royal Vegas casino. The site has a lot of games and unique variations to choose from, but it also has enough classic games to please the traditionalists. Our only complaint is that the site doesn’t offer craps, and we would like to see more card game options like Casino War or Caribbean stud.
Royal Vegas Live Casino
If you want even more table game options, check out the real and live tab at the top of the casino home page. There are more than 40 real and live casino games to choose from, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, fortune finder, and mega wheel. You can also play unique games like Sweet Bonanza Candy Land, Andar bahar, mega sic bo, and live dragon tiger.
At first glance, you may think that real casino games are the same as live casino games. All of the games in this category feature a well-dressed human dealer who is ready to facilitate your game. However, there is a crucial difference between real casino games and live casino games.
Microgaming has created several real casino games which feature pre-recorded videos of human dealers. You get to see the dealer introduce the game and deal the cards. However, the results are not actually determined by the dealer. Instead, these games use random number generators to determine the outcome.
The pre-recorded videos will show the dealer moving the cards, but then you will see computerized versions of the cards. You cannot interact with the dealer because all of the filmings have already been recorded.
Real casino games feel more authentic than digital games because they allow you to see a human dealer. But because they use random number generator software, the games are really quite similar to digital casino games. The only difference is that you get to see a video of an attractive dealer instead of just the digital cards.
Live casino games are different because they happen in real-time as you play the game. The videos of the dealers are live-streamed instead of pre-recorded, and the game’s results depend on the cards that get dealt. You can also chat with the dealer through the chatbox, and they will respond live.
Video Poker and Specialty Game Options
The fun doesn’t stop there because Royal Vegas still has dozens of video poker and specialty games to enjoy. So let’s continue our review of Royal Vegas by exploring these options in more detail.
There are eight games under the video poker category on Royal Vegas, but one of them isn’t really a video poker game. We think the hold ‘em poker game should be categorized as a table game because it isn’t the same as traditional video poker. Here are the legitimate video poker options available.
- Deuces Wild
- Double Double Bonus Poker
- Jacks or Better
- All Aces Poker
- Joker Poker
- Aces and Eights
- Aces and Faces
We think this is a decent video poker collection. It has enough variety, but there are still a few other variants that Royal Vegas could add, like Loose Deuces or All American. The only complaint that we have about video poker on Royal Vegas is that the site doesn’t offer any multi-hand games.
Royal Vegas also has a collection of unique specialty games, including several bingo games, keno, and digital scratch cards. We recommend checking out Couch Potato, pachinko, Silverback Multiplier Mountain, and Banana Odyssey if you are looking for some different game options.
You can see a dozen of these specialty games listed under the variety games heading on the casino home page if you are not logged in. However, that category isn’t available once you log in, making it harder to find some of these games.
Several of the bingo games are listed under the table games category, or you can search for keywords, such as scratch. The only other way to find your favorite specialty games is to click the Vegas tab at the top of the home page. That tab will generate a list of all 700+ casino games, so you can scroll through it to find new games that you might not have tried before.
These specialty games add some unique options to the experience on Royal Vegas, but they would be a lot more appealing if they were separated and easier to find.
Compete in Casino Tournaments on Royal Vegas
One of the benefits of choosing Royal Vegas as your online casino is the ability to join leaderboard tournaments for free. There are dozens of tournaments available each day so that you can choose the tournament with your favorite games.
Royal Vegas tournaments are free to enter, and you will get a certain number of game tokens to play with. You do not have to spend any of your own money during the tournament.
Most tournaments last for five minutes and offer a prize pool of $200, but you should check the rules for each tournament before joining.
During the tournament, you earn one leaderboard point for every payout you win in the game. The prize pool will get divided between the top thirty players once the tournament ends. Most players will win $8 or less, but the top three players receive $30, $20, and $10, respectively.
Tournament prizes are subject to a 50x rollover requirement. That seems like a high playthrough requirement, but the top prize is only $30, so the maximum rollover is $1,500. You must claim your tournament prize within seven days, or the prize will expire.
We appreciate these tournaments because they give you a chance to earn some bonus money without spending any of your own money. Many casinos offer free tournaments, but you have to use your own bankroll to play, so they aren’t really free. So when Royal Vegas offers free tournaments, they are actually free to join and free to play.
Because these tournaments include so many different games, they are a great way to try out some new games. Of course, you can also try demo versions of the game for free, but joining a tournament gives you a small chance to win some prizes while you test out various games.
It is important to know that you can only join leaderboard tournaments after your account has been verified. You must submit documentation to prove your identity, age, and location before you can start playing.
Here’s a quick guide to signing up at Royal Vegas:
To register a new account, click “Sign Up” at www.royalvegascasino.com. Enter your country, email, and phone number. Then, create a username and a password.
Next, enter your full name, date of birth, gender, preferred language, and your currency.
Finally, enter your full address. You also need to check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of email and SMS promotions.
Once you’ve created your account, head to the cashier to deposit and claim a bonus. Then you can start playing games!
Customer Support
There are a few ways to get in contact with the team at Royal Vegas. You can give them a call or email them, but the response times for those methods ranges anywhere from a few minutes to more than a day.
We’d recommend using their live chat, which is available 24/7. We contacted the live chat to ask some casual questions about banking and bonuses. We were connected with an agent in a few minutes, but after that, it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of the agent. It wasn’t a great experience, but in the end, we got our answers. Live chat is faster than email or telephone, but a bit more frustrating.

Mobile Gambling at Royal Vegas Casino
Royal Vegas may have started in the year 2000, but it hasn’t gotten stuck on an outdated platform like many of the other casinos that started around that time. Instead, the Royal Vegas casino is a modern casino site with the latest casino games and newest technologies.
One of the best ways to see how Royal Vegas has embraced modern technology is by checking out the Royal Vegas casino app. It allows you to access all of your favorite casino games and tournaments directly from your smartphone or tablet.
There are multiple ways to access Royal Vegas from a mobile device. First, you can use the mobile browser site to visit the online casino at Royal Vegas directly from your mobile internet browser. That option doesn’t require any downloads or software updates, but you may want to bookmark the site for easy access.
If you prefer to download the Royal Vegas app, you can download it to your Android or iOS device. The Royal Vegas app for Android contains all the same games that are available on the mobile site, and it can be downloaded directly from the mobile browser site.
iPhone users will have to visit the Apple App Store to download Royal Vegas for iPhone. The iOS app is designed specifically with Apple’s guidelines in mind, so it is designed to work perfectly on your iPhone or iPad.
Royal Vegas Compared to Other Casinos
Here’s a look at how Royal Vegas Casino stacks up against other online casinos.
My Final Verdict on Royal Vegas
I felt that Royal Vegas has a good offering of games for players of all different levels. Their slots and table games sections are robust, and their live casino, albeit weird, has quite a few quality games as well.
I’d like to see Royal Vegas add more bonuses to their line up and reduce the wagering requirements. I’d also like to see more concrete information about their banking options on their landing page. Without signing in, you’re unable to see any info about min/max deposits and withdrawals, which can be frustrating for prospective players.
I’d say that Royal Vegas is a good middle of the road online casino. Their loyalty program and tournament system are solid additions that most other online casinos don’t have, but they don’t go out of their way to be an industry leader.
