Our Honest High Roller Casino Review
Seldom does a new online casino deliver on so much of its promise—but such is the case with High Roller Casino. The site features nearly 600 slots, along with scores of table games and video poker.
The site even features live dealer action from three of the world’s best studios. When you join, be sure to take advantage of their 400% Welcome Bonus offer!
My High Roller Casino review is going to be short and sweet, compared to online gambling reviews I’ve done in the past. Or so I thought. How could a site established so recently (it hit cyberspace in 2023) be any competition to its elders, some of which have been on the Internet since the late ‘90s?
Well, it turns out I had a few misconceptions to unlearn. High Roller Casino’s management team, for example, has had a significant presence in the online gaming industry since 1991. That experience gives High Roller Casino a healthy head start in its development, as well as its awareness of what it actually takes to make an online casino attractive to gamblers.
The site is duly licensed in Panama and conducts all of its business in US dollars. It features over 560+ slots from top developers such as BetSoft, Nucleus, Dragon Gaming, and Rival. The live dealer tables are streamed from Visionary iGaming, Fresh Deck Studios, and BetGamesTV.
High Roller Casino might be new to the biz, but it has the look and feel of a mature and fully developed online casino.
By the way, just to make sure we’re all on the same page here: there is another online casino named HighRoller that is most assuredly NOT associated with HighRollerCasino.ag. HighRoller is apparently licensed in Estonia and does not serve gamblers in the US or its territories. The High Roller Casino I’m reviewing here is licensed in Panama, and is available to all United States.

High Roller Casino Bonuses and Promotions
High Roller offers two Welcome Bonuses to choose from. The first gives you some flexibility on your minimum deposit, and still gets you up to $8,000 in matching bonus. Here’s how that works: you choose either 400% matching up to $4000 (minimum deposit $250), or 200% matching up to $4000 (minimum deposit $50). Both of those come with 100 free spins on the Golden Dragon Inferno slot, by the way. In addition, after your first deposit, you can take advantage of a 100% match up to $1000 for each of your next four deposits. That adds up to a welcome bonus of $8000 over your first five deposits.
The second welcome bonus is for players who use cryptocurrency. Like the first option, it’s got a lot of moving parts, but you’re going to like these numbers:
- First crypto deposit: Claim 300% Crypto Welcome Bonus up to $1,000 by entering bonus code 300HRC in the cashier.
- Second crypto Deposit claim a 200% up to $1,000 bonus with bonus code 200HRC.
- Third crypto deposit: 100% up to $1,000 by entering bonus code 100HRC.
And don’t forget to reload on Super Tuesdays and Thirsty Thursdays. Deposit at least $100 on Tuesday to claim a 25% up to $500 Super Tuesday Reload Bonus.
Thursday’s even better: deposit at least $100 and get a $100 Thirsty Thursday Reload Bonus, which can be claimed twice per week.

Sign UpThe High Roller Casino Sign Up Process
You’ll need to register with High Roller first, providing your name, address, and phone number, along with a password. Once you’ve filled in all the blanks, click the Create Account button.
To start the deposit process, click the “Cashier” link in the upper left-hand corner of the High Roller page. You’ll be presented with a variety of currency options, including Bitcoin, credit cards, and altcoins such as Ripple, Tether, Dogecoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. There’s a “View More Deposit Options” text link below these choices that reveals buttons to access MoneyGram, wire transfer, cashier check, and money order. Select your method of deposit. This will bring up a screen for your street address, state, zip code, and country. Once you’ve filled that in, click continue. You’ll be asked for the amount you wish to deposit, along with the deposit specifics, including credit card number expiration dates, cryptocurrency hashes—whichever is pertinent to your chosen method of deposit. Incidentally, at the top of this screen is a promo code with a “copy” icon next to it. Click that icon to copy the promo code; you’ll be pasting it in a bit later.
Before you leave this page don’t forget to paste in your promo code in the appropriate box. If you forgot to copy the promo code earlier, don’t worry—you can trigger a pop-up of the available codes by clicking “View Bonus Codes.” Once you’re satisfied you’ve filled in all the appropriate boxes, click the “Continue Deposit” button.
Once your deposit process completes, click the “Continue” button. Your available funds will be displayed at the top of the High Roller Casino screen as soon as you log in. Bear in mind that it may take up to five minutes for your deposit to process. Once that happens, it’s time to pick a game and start winning!
High Roller Casino Review
High Roller Casino makes up for a slightly smaller inventory of games by featuring some of the most popular games offered by each developer. Eleven of the top slot designers have their work represented at High Roller, and three of the world’s leading studios are streaming games under High Roller’s Live Dealer tab.
As with the other categories, the site features quality over quantity in the video poker section, and even presents a Specialty Games tab where you’ll find scratch cards, keno, kaboom, and—for a real retro kick—Space Invasion.
- Battle Ops (Dragon Gaming)
- Jacks or Better Multi-Hand (Video Poker)
- Bet On Poker (BetGames, Live Dealer)
- American Keno (Specialty Games, FlipLuck)
More and more online casinos are opening up to the idea of offering free/demo versions of their slots, although many of them only offer these free games to anonymous visitors. Unfortunately, High Roller does not offer free play, not to anonymous nor to registered players.
It’s a small slight, but one I miss, particularly when I find a game I’ve never tried before and want to test the waters before betting the farm. Ah well, I never liked milking cows, anyway.
High Roller Casino Slots
Interestingly, clicking on the Slots tab reveals the site’s entire 560+ slot inventory slots, grouped (mostly) by developer. If you’re a fan of Dragon Gaming, for example, just scroll down until you see a game icon with that dragon logo on it, and you’re in Dragon Gaming country. Ditto for Rival, BetSoft, DGS, etc.
Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page, as High Roller adds a few unsorted stragglers down there. The slots section is fairly easily navigated; still, it could benefit from a selection of sorting criteria (alphabetical, theme, # of reels, etc) as well as a way to favorite games for faster access.
My High Roller Casino Favorites:
- Battle Ops — This 5×3 slot from Dragon Gaming has plenty to recommend it, including generous expanding wilds, a scatter that can generate free spins, and a low volatility that ensures you see some wins while you chase that big money. The art is first-rate, and the martial background music really adds to the ambiance.
- Phở Sho — This 5×4 hold & spin slot from BetSoft has all the ingredients for some tasty wins, including those gold coins of various denominations, six or more of which triggers the bonus hold & win feature where the goal is to fill the playing screen with 20 coins. Oddly enough, you won’t find this in the regular slot listings—no, not even if you search for both “pho sho” and “phở sho.” Look for it instead in the “Popular” section on the site’s main page.
- Golden Dragon Inferno — BetSoft brings us this 5×3 all-ways (243 paylines) slot. It’s got it all—hold & spin action, expanding wilds that deliver 10x multipliers, and four jackpots (mini, minor, major, and grand) that vary according to the amount wagered. Incidentally, you’ll find “Super Golden Dragon Inferno” doing a search for “golden”, but you won’t find the version I played anywhere but in the Popular section, just like Phở Sho.
Table Games at High Roller Casino
A lot of online casinos claim to have a big selection of table games, which turn out to be a sad collection of identical tables from an assortment of developers. Sure, the are changes, but rules don’t.
That’s why it’s refreshing to discover High Roller takes variety seriously. Among its 20 versions of blackjack, you’ll find:
- Multi Hand Blackjack
- Perfect Pairs Blackjack
- Multihand Blackjack
- Blackjack 11
- 5 Handed American Blackjack
- Ultra One Hand Blackjack
- Jackpot Blackjack
- American Blackjack
- Single Deck Blackjack
- Super 7 Blackjack
- Single Deck Blackjack
- Blackjack PP & 21 plus 3
- Supreme 777 Jackpots
- Blackjack Tourney
- Rolling Stack Blackjack
- Ultimate Blackjack II
- Five Hand Vegas Blackjack
- 21 Burn Blackjack
- Pirate 21
Roulette has at least 10 variants at High Roller, including two-ball roulette, American roulette, European roulette, and Dragon Roulette. They also have two craps tables among the roulette choices, so if you were looking for a good video craps game, that’s where they are hiding.
Casino poker games don’t get short shrift here. Choose between:
- Tri Card Poker
- 6 Up Pocket Poker
- Bonus Texas Hold’em
- Pai Gow
- Caribbean Poker
- Let It Ride
- Big Rollover Holdem
- Texas Keepem
- Triple Edge Poker
- Oasis Poker
For some reason, baccarat is bundled in with the “Other Table Games.” Available options are:
- Multi-Hand Casino War
- Andar Bahar
- Three Card Rummy
- Baccarat
- Casino Solitaire
- Ultimate Baccarat
- Baccarat
- Top Card Trumps
- Draw High Low
- Dragon Baccarat
High Roller Casino Video Poker

High Roller Casino Live Dealer
Since High Roller Casino partners with three top live dealer studios, you can count on the game selection to be large and full of variations to test any gambler’s luck and mathematical acuity. You’ll find 27 blackjack tables split between VIP, Standard, and Early Payout. The player can also select more than a dozen languages in which to read the rules of the game and to identify the playing areas on the table.
There are 15 roulette tables, including American (0 and 00) and European roulette, and auto roulette in both American and European variants.
The site provides four lottery games, including Instant Lucky 7, Lucky 7, Lucky 5, and Lucky 6. And of course, if casino poker is your game, you’ll find them in the “Other Games” section, which includes:
- Bet On Poker
- War of Bets
- Speedy 7
- Classic Wheel
- T-Kick
- Super6 ($1-$1,000)
- Super6 ($25-$500)
- Wheel Of Fortune
- Dice Duel
- 6 Plus Poker
- Football Grid
- T-Basket
- Super6 ($5-$10)
- Super6 ($250-$5,000)
Tournaments at High Roller Casino
Many online casinos don’t do tournaments, but High Roller does. You’ll find a multitude of tournaments under their specific categories—the slots tournament icon, for instance, is found in the Slots tab. Blackjack tournament is under—you guessed it—the Blackjack tab (as well as the Table Games tab). The roulette tournament is also under the Table Games tab.
All the tournaments (daily) have the same start times, levels of prize pools, and buy-ins: tourneys begin at 00:01 EST each day and end at 23:59 that same day, prize pools range from $5,000 to $20,000, and require either $200, $250, or $350 buy-ins. You’ll find the schedule for the next few days’ tourneys by clicking on the various tournament icons, and the tournament currently running will display a button to check that tourney’s leaderboard.
I’m hesitant to be critical of the tourneys, since to have them at all is a bit of a marvel, but it would be nice to have found some lower buy-ins, particularly in the slots.
MobileHigh Roller Casino Mobile Gambling
All of the same games are available on the mobile version of High Roller Casino. However, some of the navigation is different—for instance, the log-in/sign-up buttons are at the bottom of the main page rather than at the top. High Roller Casino does not offer a separate mobile app, but fewer online casinos offer this as an option. HTML5 was built for streaming and animation, and it has become redundant to build a stand-along application for something HTML5 can handle automagically.
This means that all the graphics and games load with the same speed they do on PC platforms, and the sound effects are still the same high quality. I played Golden Dragon Inferno on both the PC and the mobile platform, and the only difference between the two is that I was a bit luckier on the mobile version; obviously, your mileage may vary.
Customer SupportCustomer Support at High Roller Casino
High Roller Casino is one of the few online gambling sites that offers 24/7 telephone support to players, along with the more standard email and live chat. I found it interesting that High Roller has a separate URL for customer support—highrollercasinocs rather than simply highrollercasino.
Naturally, these two addresses may point to the same mailbox, but it seems indicative that the site takes customer support a bit more seriously than some other online casinos do.
High Roller Casino Customer Support:
- Telephone: 1-800-788-0884
- Live Chat: 24/7
- Customer Support Email: help@highrollercasinocs.ag
One thing I noticed is that High Roller does not have an ever-present “chat” icon floating on every page. I’ve always found those things annoying and obtrusive—until I tried to find one to ask some questions.
If you need to use it, select “Help” from the dropdown menu available from an unassuming three-line icon in the upper-right corner of the page. This takes you to the Help Center, where you can find a variety of articles covering most questions. Scroll down to the bottom of the Help Center page, and you’ll find links to live chat, an email portal, and High Roller’s toll-free phone number.
Since I didn’t think my question was worth a phone call, I went with live chat. I entered my name and email address, and a brief sentence about what I wanted to ask. I was almost immediately connected with Avora Skye.
After greeting me, she asked me if I had any questions. I responded with an observation that the slots category was organized by developer but didn’t offer any other way to sort the hundreds of slots, such as alphabetical or number of reels, etc. Avora took about a minute to respond, then assured me that while she could not address that particular issue herself, she would add it as feedback to their “wagering team” to improve the website.
I liked the fact that a real person responded to my request immediately, rather than being forced to read the pre-programmed blather of AI (which always seems to misinterpret questions, anyway). Avora was pleasant and polite, and frankly, her offer to forward the problem on to what I assume is the development department was more than I expected.
CompareCompetition Comparison
While High Roller Casino does an excellent job with the usual features of a casino—table games, live action, slots—it is missing a couple of very popular attributes, including a sportsbook and a live poker room.
There’s certainly no reason to avoid High Roller because of this; you can easily visit High Roller when you’re mostly interested in the slots or video poker. Then, you can drop in at BetUS for an excellent sportsbook, or Ignition Casino for access to one of the most popular live poker rooms in cyberspace.

Our High Roller Casino Review Score: 4.5
It takes a lot to score so highly on our B.E.S.T. grading system—particularly when the gambling site is new. For all its minor peccadillos and slights, High Roller Casino is already a standout among casinos ten and twenty times its senior.
From its prodigious and generous welcome and reload bonuses to its healthy inventory of slots, live dealer tables, and video poker, High Roller Casino has plenty to offer even the most discerning of gamblers. Is the site perfect? Of course not. But the areas in which it needs to improve are those that some sites have yet to learn exist. Organizing and properly classifying their games (I found two craps games included in the roulette section of the Table Games) will go a long way toward that goal.
Add in superlative customer support and a similar experience on both mobile and PC platforms, and you’ve got yourself the makings of a winning site. Time to give High Roller Casino a chance? You bet it is.
