WrestleMania odds are live at online sportsbooks, giving wrestling fans the chance to bet on their favorite superstars. John Cena looks to break the record for all-time championship wins at his last ‘Mania ever, following a heel turn that shocked the world. The event takes place on April 19 and 20, live from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV.

Latest 2025 WrestleMania Odds

These odds come courtesy of BetOnline, who also offers odds on nearly every major WWE event, including Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, and Money in the Bank.

John Cena (-250)Cody Rhodes (+170)John Cena
Charlotte Flair (-150)Tiffany Stratton (+110)Charlotte Flair
Jey Uso (-900) Gunther (+500)Jey Uso
Roman Reigns (-130)Seth Rollins (+135)
CM Punk (+175)

Randy Orton (-1000)Kevin Owens (+550)Randy Orton

John Cena (-250) looks to follow his shocking heel turn by defeating Cody Rhodes (+170) for the WWE Undisputed Championship — breaking the record for most all-time WWE championships along the way. This is Cena’s final year of in-ring competition, and he’s resorted to aligning with The Rock to make sure he breaks the record.

Charlotte Flair (-150) won this year’s Royal Rumble after a knee injury kept her out of action for more than a year. She chose to challenge Tiffany Stratton (+110) for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 41. If Flair emerges victorious she will extend her record-breaking WWE championship reigns record to 15.

Jey Uso (-900) only has one singles title to his name, The Intercontinental Championship. After winning this year’s Royal Rumble he challenged Gunther (+500) for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Uso emerged from the Bloodline story as a bona fide superstar, and he’d love nothing more than to capture the World Heavyweight title.

Full WrestleMania 41 Predictions

  • John Cena over Cody Rhodes
  • Charlotte Flair over Tiffany Stratton
  • Roman Reigns over Seth Rollins and CM Punk

  • Jey Uso over Gunther
  • Iyo Sky over Bianca Belair
  • Randy Orton over Kevin Owens

I predict that John Cena will triumph over Cody (likely with the help of The Rock) and break the record for most WWE Championships ever. This would set him up to finish his career as an ultra-heel; something fans have waited decades to see.

While Tiffany Stratton has done a great job in her first reign as WWE Women’s Championship reign, going against Charlotte Flair is rarely a good idea when betting on WWE, and I expect her to recapture the belt from Stratton.

WWE created a top-tier babyface in Jey Uso, one of the most popular stars in recent memory. They’ve built him up for a long time, and having him beat Gunther — the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion in history — would be the perfect way to fully cement him as a formidable singles competitor.

Even though CM Punk is still looking for his first WrestleMania moment since returning to the company, I don’t see him (or Seth Rollins) getting the best of Roman Reigns. Roman is the most dominant force the WWE has seen in years, and I predict his return to the full-time roster begins with a victory in Las Vegas.

Best Bets for WrestleMania 41

John Cena (-250) and Charlotte Flair (-150) are my best bets at WrestleMania 41

Cody is the biggest babyface in WWE since John Cena’s heyday, and I can’t think of a better person than Cena to end Cody’s reign. There’s nobody else on the roster that makes sense to take the belt from Cody, so I’m going with John Cena to win.

Charlotte Flair instantly re-established herself as the top competitor in the WWE Women’s division when she won the 2025 Royal Rumble. I expect her to capture her 15th singles championship at the hands of current champion Tiffany Stratton.

Even though both are favorited to win, the odds are short enough to justify the risk. Betting $20 on John Cena at (-250) would win $8, while betting on Flair at (-150) would win $13.33. While I predict Jey Uso to win, betting on him at (-900) would only win $2.22, which to me isn’t worth it.
