UFC on ESPN: Blanchfield vs. Fiorot (a.k.a. UFC Fight Night 241) is an MMA event scheduled for Saturday, March 30, 2024. Erin Blanchfield (12-1) takes on Manon Fiorot (11-1) in the headliner bout, while Vicente Luque (22-9-1) and Joaquin Buckley (17-6) lock horns in the co-main event.

Both of those fights are bound to be real bangers and the same goes for most other matchups on the UFC Atlantic City fight card. In fact, there are just four fights on the card in which one fighter is a favorite with UFC Fight Night 241 betting odds shorter than -250.

She’s won every single UFC fight so far, with her biggest win happening against Jessica Andrade last year. Blanchfield won the fight by submission in the second round, winning the Performance of the Night bonus for this feat.

It was her third straight win by submission, after beating Molly McCann and JJ Aldrich by this method. In her most recent fight, however, we saw Blanchfield go to a striking war with Talia Santos, which she won unanimously after three rounds.

Her next opponent would love to have a striking duel with her on March 30. Manon Fiorot is an incredible striker who’s also very tall for a flyweight, which makes her hard to hit. She’s also great when it comes to defending against takedowns, suffering only one TD since coming to the UFC.

In the previous section of my UFC Atlantic City betting preview, I shared my prediction that Erin Blanchfield is going to become the champion in the future. To get a shot at the title, she needs to keep on winning. It won’t be easy to defeat Manon Fiorot, but if someone can do it, it’s her.

For UFC Atlantic City underdogs, my advice is to focus on the preliminary card. With UFC Fight Night 241 odds of +125, Victoriya Dudakova looks like a great bet. The 25-year-old Russian fighter is 8-0 overall. More importantly, she looked really impressive in her three UFC fights.

Virna Jandirroba is another good bet, with UFC AC odds of +170. She’s fixed her knee last year with surgery and is ready to make herself relevant again. At the age of 35, she won’t have too many opportunities for that, which is why this is a must-win situation for her.

My UFC Atlantic City prediction is that most favorites will win. I’m certain we won’t witness any major upsets, with the biggest favorites like Julio Arce and Caolan Loughran doing the job with no problems.

I also expect the favorite to win in the main event, as well as in the co-main event. However, I wouldn’t put too much money on Vicente Luque as he’s fighting a very tricky opponent on March 30.

When it comes to betting underdogs, my two top picks are rising star Victoriya Dudakova and veteran fighter Virna Jandiroba.
