NFL Picks ATS

After an exciting week of NFL picks against the spread last week, Week 6 promises to be even better. Another four teams are on a bye, but the schedule makers have blessed football fans with thrilling matchups to make up for it.

Keep reading to see my NFL picks ATS for Week 6 at the top NFL sportsbooks. I will summarize my favorite matchups and tell you the five best point spreads to bet on this week.

Bovada Sportsbook provided the odds for my free NFL picks against the spread for Week 6.

Arizona Cardinals (+5.0) vs. Green Bay Packers (-5.0)

The Cardinals pulled off a shocking comeback upset over the 49ers in Week 5. Despite their impressive win, Arizona is a 5.0-point underdog on the road this week in Green Bay. The Packers also won this weekend, beating the Rams 24-19 on the road in SoFi.

Arizona’s defense is suspect, but their offense is one of the most explosive units in the league. Green Bay scored 24 points against the Rams, but the Cardinals dropped 41 points against that same LA team in Week 2.

Neither team has a great defense, so this game could quickly become a shootout. The Packers have allowed nine passing touchdowns, tied for the sixth-most so far. Arizona has only surrendered six passing touchdowns, but they have allowed eight rushing scores, tied for second-most in the NFL.

I think the Packers’ defense will struggle to contain Kyler Murray and company on Sunday. Green Bay may hold on to win at home, but Arizona is the better point-spread bet this weekend.

Indianapolis Colts (+1.0) vs. Tennessee Titans (-1.0)

Another exciting matchup this weekend is the AFC South battle between the Colts and the Titans. Indianapolis lost to the Jaguars last week, continuing the Colts losing streak in Jacksonville. They can bounce back this week with a road win against the Titans.

The Colts were without stars Jonathan Taylor and Anthony Richardson in their loss against the Jaguars. If even one of them plays this week, the Colts should be heavily favored against a Titans team that has struggled on both sides of the ball this season.

Even without Richardson or Taylor, Indianapolis should be able to win this game outright on the road in Tennessee. The Titans scored 31 points in their Monday Night Football win over the Dolphins before their bye in Week 5. Before that win, the Titans had not scored more than 17 points in any game.

Much of the Titans’ production came with Mason Rudolph under center after Will Levis was injured. Levis is expected back at practice this week, which is bad news for the Titans’ offense. Indianapolis should win this game outright if Levis plays, so the Colts +1.0 is the way to go.

Washington Commanders (+6.5) vs. Baltimore Ravens (-6.5)

I picked Washington to cover in my Week 5 NFL picks against the spread. The Commanders were favored by 3.5 points against the Browns, and Washington won 34-13. I am picking the Commanders to cover again in my best NFL picks against the spread for Week 6.

Washington will face the Ravens, who are coming off a 41-38 OT win against the Bengals. Baltimore’s offense looked great, but their defense could not stop Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati offense. I believe the Ravens’ defense is in for another long day at the office against Jayden Daniels and the Commanders.

I believe this so much, that I also love the idea of targeting Jayden Daniels when betting on week 6 NFL player props.

Top-ranked sports betting sites have Washington listed as a +6.5-point underdog on the road in Baltimore. The Commanders’ offense should keep this game within a touchdown, and I think Washington is a good bet to win this game outright. Washington has scored 13 rushing touchdowns this season, the most in the NFL, four ahead of the next closest team, New Orleans.

Baltimore also has a great rushing offense, leading the NFL in rushing yards with 1,056. The Commanders have the second most with 892 rush yards this year. This is my pick for the best game of the weekend, and I think Washington will cover its 6.5-point spread.

Pittsburgh Steelers (-3.0) vs. Las Vegas Raiders (+3.0)

Another AFC North team I recommend betting against this week is the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have lost back-to-back games outright as the favorite, and they are favored by 3.0 points this weekend on the road in Las Vegas.

The Raiders have issues on both sides of the ball, and they could trade Davante Adams before this game. However, the Steelers have not played well on the road against the Raiders this century. Pittsburgh has not won as the road team in this matchup since 1995.

The Steelers offense has also struggled to move the ball this season, especially on the ground. Pittsburgh averaged just 3.54 yards per carry against Dallas, and the Cowboys have had one of the worst rushing defenses in the league this season.

Pittsburgh has, for better or worse, played to the level of its opponents for the better part of the last two decades. It has cost the Steelers dozens of times in the past, and it will cost them again this weekend. Las Vegas will cover the 3.0-point spread and could even win this game outright.

Cincinnati Bengals (-3.5) vs. New York Giants (+3.5)

The final spot on my Week 6 NFL picks against the spread is the matchup between the Bengals (1-4) and the Giants (2-3). Cincinnati’s offense has been one of the best units in the NFL, scoring the most passing touchdowns (12) while racking up the sixth-most passing yards (1,370).

Despite their offensive production, the Bengals’ defense has struggled to stop anyone this season. The Giants are far from being a playoff contender this year, but they did upset the Seahawks in Seattle last week. New York pulled off the upset win without Devin Singletary and Malik Nabers, who both missed the game due to injury.

Nabers should be back this weekend, setting him up for a big game against the Bengals’ poor passing defense. New York is a 3.5-point underdog, but I think they can win this game and should at least cover the spread.

The Giants’ defense has improved in recent weeks. They have not allowed more than 21 points since Week 1. If the Giants’ defense can hold up its end of the bargain, New York will cover the 3.5-point spread this Sunday.
