Why is Stud Muffin (Method Man) the Betting Favorite?
Method Man – Grammy-winning rapper of Wu-Tang Clan fame – is the singer behind the Stud Muffin mask.
This guy quickly became the betting favorite in The Masked Singer Season 13 with covers of songs like “Jump Around” and “Poison.”
Stud Muffin’s confident delivery was what impressed the viewers at first. Still, they really got themselves invested in this character’s story after some clue segments hinted at his struggles in the early stages of his career.
His reveal as Method Man shocked the entire panel and made him even more interesting to the general public.
It’s safe to say that not many fans thought it’s the iconic rapper who’s behind the mask. After all, this guy isn’t famous for appearances in mainstream TV shows.
Top The Masked Singer Contenders
Two Masked Singers whose identities we still don’t know – Nessy and Mad Scientist Monster – are just behind Stud Muffin on the list of top betting favorites. In the next section, I’ll explain why bookies think these two stand a chance of winning Series 13.

We don’t know who Mad Scientist Monster is, but we know this guy has a wide vocal range and impressive control. That’s what we figured out based on his performances, particularly his version of “Love Yourself” by Justin Bieber.
Clue packages hint that Mad Scientist Monster is a big name in the entertainment industry. Whoever’s under the mask knows how to keep the audience engaged, which can be a great advantage in these sorts of contests.
Best The Masked Singer Sleeper
There aren’t any real The Masked Singer sleepers at this point in Season 13, with the remaining four betting options having odds of either +500 or +600. Well, of those four, I think Boogie Woogie stands the best chance of winning.
Priced at +500, this contestant caught my eye with their performance of Carrie Underwood’s “Something in the Water” which was one of the best I ever saw in this show.

Boogie Woogie is my top pick, not only because of the wonderful rendition of “Something in the Water” but for a few other reasons. I think fans love this character, particularly after getting some glimpses into their personal life.
Boogie Woogie’s heartfelt tributes to their late mother left a strong impression on both the audience and judges. Plus, clues suggest this person is friendly and talkative, which is something the public loves.
With The Masked Singer odds of +500, Boogie Woogie is an option that entertainment betting fans shouldn’t miss.
