  • The 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix odds favor Max Verstappen (-357) who’s won 81.81% of the 2023 races.
  • Lando Norris (+1100) is second, because he needs a win to secure the No. 4 spot in the overall standings.
  • Charles Leclerc (+1600) finished second last weekend in Vegas. Can he do even better on November 26?

It’s time for the final Formula One race of the season! The 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix odds suggest the champion Max Verstappen will win his 19th race of the season even though he really doesn’t need it – he secured the title a long time ago.

No matter what happens in Abu Dhabi on November 25, Verstappen will remain at the top of the 2023 F1 World Drivers’ Championship standings.

His teammate Sergio Perez will stay in second place, while Lewis Hamilton will finish the season in third spot. But we still don’t know who’s gonna finish fourth – Carlos Sainz Jr., Fernando Alonso, Lando Norris, or Charles Leclerc?

For these four, winning the 2023 Abu Dhabi is a must, but can one of them actually pull it off? Let’s see what oddsmakers from the top motorsports betting sites have to say.

If you’d like to put some money on the 2023 Abu Dhabi GP but don’t know where to bet on Formula One, my suggestion is EveryGame Sportsbook.

First of all, it’s because this is a 100% legit sports betting site that’s been in the business since 1996. Secondly, EveryGame has some great bonuses (e.g., a 100% welcome bonus up to $500) which you can use for Abu Dhabi GP betting.

Finally, I also recommend betting at this site as it’s offering attractive 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix odds. Verstappen is the No. 1 favorite with the odds of -357.

He’s the only driver with minus-money odds at EveryGame. In fact, all the others come with the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix odds of 1000+ or longer. In simple terms, this means that those backing underdogs can win big money if Verstappen doesn’t win. Will he?

Why is Max Verstappen the Favorite to Win?

Max Verstappen

Why is Verstappen expected to win on November 26? Because he’s already won more than 80% of all the races in the 2023 Formula 1 season.

Plus, he’s in great form lately, winning each of the last six events on the 2023 F1 calendar, including the Las Vegas GP last weekend.

He finished 2.07 seconds before Charles Leclerc, but that could’ve been even more impressive if he hadn’t received a 5-second penalty early on in the race.

On top of everything, the Red Bull Racing driver just loves the Yas Marina Circuit. The evidence of this is that he won the previous three Abu Dhabi GPs.

If you’d like to bet on Verstappen, EveryGame is your best shot as this online sportsbook is giving (slightly) better odds on the favorite than others. He’s priced at -357, meaning that you need to bet $357 to get a $100 profit.

Other 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Contenders

It’s understandable Verstappen’s 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix odds are super-short, but is he really a good bet? There are some reasons why you might not want to back this guy, starting with the fact that he doesn’t need a win.

Sure, he loves winning, but some of his rivals will have much more motivation to triumph in the UAE than the Dutchman.

Among those are Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc, two guys who not only want to win but also have the skillset (as well as the car) needed to do so.

Lando Norris

After a slow start to the season, the British driver entered a great run in July, finishing on the podium in seven events since. In the most recent race, however, Norris ended up with zero points after suffering a crash in Vegas.

The result is that he’s now in sixth spot in the F1 Drivers’ standings with 5 points fewer than Carlos Sainz Jr. and Fernando Alonso. Winning in the UAE on Sunday would get him back to the No. 4 place.

Charles Leclerc

Ferrari’s driver did very well in Vegas, finishing just two seconds behind Verstappen. Leclerc, however, probably feels as if he could’ve won that race. The thing is that early on in the race, he got hit by Verstappen, who pushed him off the track.

Nevertheless, winning 18 points got him to the No. 7 spot, which is where he’ll stay in the worst-case scenario. In the best-case scenario – him winning the 2023 Abu Dhabi GP – he’d finish the season in fourth place.

Top Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Sleepers

Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez, and Lewis Hamilton are the three drivers who have already secured their place in the F1 standings.

They won’t move from their position no matter what happens in the UAE on Saturday.

Four drivers, however, are still competing for the No. 4 place. In addition to Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc who are among the top Abu Dhabi GP contenders, Carlos Sainz Jr. and Fernando Alonso are also in the game.

Sainz Jr. is priced at +2200, which isn’t too long, but Alonso is a real sleeper with +6400 odds. Sure, it’s because he hasn’t won a single Formula 1 race since May 2013, but I still think his 2023 Abu Dhabi GP odds are way too long.

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2023 Winner Prediction

Betting against Max Verstappen seems counterintuitive as this guy won 18 of the 21 Formula 1 races run so far in 2023.

However, the fact is that other drivers come with much more attractive 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix odds.

Lando Norris comes with great odds and he’s definitely someone who’s got the skills to win this race. However, I’d advise against backing him as he might be still shaken from the crash in Vegas.

Charles Leclerc might be a better betting option.

The Monaco-based driver is coming off a brilliant performance in Sin City and is in need of points. If Verstappen doesn’t win on Sunday, I suspect Leclerc might.
