Like Nadal in Men’s Singles, Bianca Andreescu’s resurgence might start in the 2024 Women’s Singles tournament at the Australian Open. A few years ago, the Canadian player was seen as the next big thing in tennis, but a knee injury in 2020 ruined her plans.

Even though she did bounce back since, even breaking into the top 10 in the WTA Rankings at one point, she’s yet to get to the same level as pre-injury. The good news, however, is that she’s only 23, with plenty of time to climb back to the top.

He is the record holder for the most titles in Australia, with 10 trophies in his collection. Adding another one would further cement his claim on the tennis GOAT status.

When it comes to the Women’s Singles tournament, my 2024 Australian Open pick is Iga Swiatek. I believe she’s the best female player in the world today.

Plus, I’m sure she will be super motivated to win in Melbourne, as the Australian Open is one of just two majors she hasn’t won so far (the other one being Wimbledon).
