Looking for the best NFL Draft prop bets for 2024? If so, you’re in luck. The draft is going to be here soon, and the odds for these props could shift any day now.

With that being said, let’s take a look at 10 of the best 2024 NFL Draft props, which you can find at the top sports betting sites.

Drake Maye to be the Second Overall Pick (+110)

Caleb Williams is nearly guaranteed to be the first overall pick for the Chicago Bears. Although you can bet on his -20000 odds just to see one go through the hoop, there are certainly better options.

A better route would be to bet on Drake Maye to be the second overall pick. Surprisingly, Jayden Daniels is the favorite to go second at BetUS (-140), but I’m not convinced that the Commanders will pass on Maye.

The North Carolina product is the next Josh Allen or Justin Herbert-like prospect, highlighted by his 6’4 frame. Jayden Daniels does have a high ceiling, but there’s a good chance he will struggle to adapt to the NFL, at least early on.

I find this to be one of the best NFL Draft prop bets, especially since it has a +110 price at BetUS. Read our BetUS review to find out more about their site, or head straight there to place your bets now!

Jayden Daniels to be the Third Overall Pick (+125)

I still think Jayden Daniels will go early in this draft. There are a lot of teams hungry for franchise quarterbacks, so I expect them to go early and often.

Daniels does have his flaws, but he also has tremendous upside. The dual-threat quarterback won the 2023 Heisman Trophy after an impressive season with LSU. He passed for 3,812 yards and 40 touchdowns (4 INTs), and added and other 1,134 yards and 10 more touchdowns on the ground.

New England currently holds the third overall pick and new head coach Jerod Mayo said they will “draft the best player for a position that is very important.” Quarterback is the most important position, which makes this one of the best NFL Draft player prop bets for 2024.

Dallas Turner to be 1st Def. Player Taken (-150)

One of the top Bovada NFL Draft prop bets is for Dallas Turner to be the first defensive player selected in the draft. The 2024 draft class is loaded with offensive talent, but it’s important to not overlook the best defensive players.

Dallas Turner is arguably the best and should become an elite edge defender at the next level. The Alabama product should be the first defender off the board before Laiatu Latu (+250), Jared Verse (+400), or anyone else.

This is one of the best 2024 NFL Draft props because it has a high chance of happening and a solid price at -150.

Marvin Harrison Jr. to be 1st Non-QB Drafted (-600)

If any team picking within the top four is not fully invested in one of the top quarterback prospects, they will shift their focus to another position. Many have said that Marvin Harrison Jr. is the next big thing, and I don’t see him falling out of the top five.

He has the size, speed, and intangibles to be one of the league’s best wide receivers, such as Justin Jefferson or Ja’Marr Chase.

He averaged 2,474 yards and 14 touchdowns over his last two seasons at Ohio State. One of the best prop bets for the NFL Draft is for Marvin Harrison Jr. to be the first non-quarterback selected. The odds don’t have much value at -600, but that reflects how likely it is to happen.

Malik Nabers (+300) and Joe Alt (+1000) have decent value for this prop, but it would be quite a shock if either of them went before Harrison Jr. Another one of the best NFL Draft bets is for Harrison Jr. to be the fourth overall pick, which has -200 odds at BetUS.

Minnesota Vikings to Select J.J McCarthy (+120)

The player that Jim Harbaugh has hyped up the most this offseason is J.J McCarthy. McCarthy has drawn praise from around the league as well, and some even have him as the third-best QB in the draft.

It would be quite a surprise if he was taken within the first five picks, but it’s certainly not impossible. One team that could try and make a move for McCarthy is the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings hold two first round picks in this year’s draft, which are the 11th and 23rd selections.

McCarthy might fall to Minnesota at 11, or they can use their picks to trade up. Sam Darnold is the current starter or Minnesota, but the Vikings will still want to invest in their quarterback of the future.

Over 10.5 Def. Players Drafted in 1st Round (-140)

My best NFL Draft bets will come to a close with there being over 10.5 defensive players selected in the first round. The first round, especially the first 10 picks, should be dominated by offensive players. However, I expect things to even out after that.

There are a lot of good players on the defensive side of the ball in this draft. Some of the top defensive players include Dallas Truner, Laiatu Latu, Jared Verse, Quinyon Mitchell, Johnny Newton, and others.

This is one of the best NFL Draft props because it has an intriguing price and keeps you engaged with every pick. Most bettors will be focused on the first few selections, but you can make the entire first round more interesting with this one at BetUS.

Seahawks to Draft Michael Penix Jr. (+425)

Seahawks

The quarterback picks will drop off after Jayden Daniels, but another intriguing signal-caller is Michael Penix Jr. He’s coming off a huge season with Washington and took them all the way to the National Championship.

It will be more challenging to predict where he ends up, especially since it will be later in the draft. The flipside of that is that you get way better odds for making the correct prediction. One of the best NFL Draft prop bets is for the Seahawks to draft Penix at +425.

Penix has a connection with Seattle’s new offensive coordinator, Ryan Grubb, who was at Washington last year. Geno Smith is 33 years old, so it would make sense for Seattle to draft a younger QB.

Las Vegas (+250) is the favorite, followed by Minnesota (+350) for this prop at BetUS, but I prefer Seattle at +425.

New York Jets to Select Brock Bowers (+125)

Brock Bowers is one of the more intriguing prospects in the NFL Draft. He’s a dynamic player and is projected to go within the top 10, which is far before any other tight end. Bowers dominated during his time at Georgia and will now bring his talents to the NFL.

Not only was Bowers a massive part of the aerial attack at Georgia, but they even gave him the ball on tight end reverses. They made it a point to get the ball in his hands, and things worked out pretty well.

Any team can use an offensive contributor like Bowers, but the real question is, who is going to draft him? The New York Jets hold the 10th pick and make a lot of sense. They should be looking to invest heavily on the offensive side of the ball, especially after an atrocious performance last season.

Chiefs to Draft a Wide Receiver First (-120)

The reigning Super Bowl champions are included in my NFL Draft betting props, despite holding the 32nd overall pick.

Kansas City got a lot of production last year out of Rasheed Rice, but the other wide receivers really struggled. Rice also put his career in jeopardy this offseason when he caused a six-car crash and fled the scene on foot.

It’s even going to lead to a suspension.

The Chiefs added Marquise Brown and rugby star Louis Rees-Zammit to the mix, but another quality wideout would help solidify their core. Kansas City does have other areas of need, including offensive line and corner, which admittedly have a lot of betting value at +125 and +400, respectively.

However, the Chiefs should be able to grab a player like Adonai Mitchell, Troy Franklin, Keon Coleman, or Ladd McConkey.

Los Angeles Chargers to Select Blake Corum (+190)

The Chargers have hit the reset button and will now look to the future with Jim Harbaugh as the new head coach. Harbaugh recently won the National Championship with Michigan, and he’s been talking up his former Wolverines ever since he got his new job.

There’s a good chance that Harbaugh brings in a few of those players from the draft, which leads us to one of the best NFL Draft props. Los Angeles currently holds the fifth pick, but that’s not where they should be picking a Michigan player.

The Chargers should use that pick on a premium prospect, or trade down to gain more draft capital. If they were to take Corum, it would be closer to the middle of the draft. Gus Edwards and J.K Dobbins are new additions to the Chargers running back room, but Harbaugh might not be able to resist drafting one of his best players from Michigan.

They have tons of different props for you to choose from on their site, and a lot of them have a ton of betting value. Not only that, but they also welcome you to their site with a 125% deposit match (up to $2,500).

Out of all these props, my favorite has to be for Drake Maye to be the second overall pick (+110).

Caleb Williams is a near guarantee to be the first pick, which leaves Maye or Jayden Daniels for the Commanders. Daniels has a lot of talent, but Maye has more betting value and an arguably better chance to go to Washington.
