MF & DAZN: X Series Odds with Logan Paul, KSI, Dillon Danis, and Tommy Fury
  • Tommy Fury is a -500 favorite against KSI at the MF & DAZN: X Series.
  • Conor McGregor’s protégé Dillon Danis is a +400 underdog against Logan Paul.
  • You can also bet on Paul’s bout to go the distance and other props.

MF & DAZN: X Series – The Prime Card is a boxing event that will take place on October 14, 2023, at Manchester Arena. It will feature a double main event: KSI vs. Tommy Fury and Logan Paul vs. Dillon Danis.

Even though we’re still months away from the event, the betting odds are out for both of those bouts. They might change until mid-October, but right now, they look awesome, as you’ll see in the next section.

MF & DAZN: X Series – The Prime Card Odds

Boxer A Odds Boxer B Odds
KSI (JJ Olatunji) +350 Tommy Fury -500
Logan Paul -600 Dillon Danis +400

BetOnline’s oddsmakers were quick to release the odds for both bouts that have so far been announced for MF & DAZN: X Series – The Prime Card. A few other betting sites have also published the odds, but BetOnline is giving a better value for the bets I’m planning to make.

Of the four boxers on the card, Tommy Fury is the only one who’s been involved with boxing his whole life. That’s why it’s no surprise he’s a -500 favorite against YouTuber KSI, who’s only fought one professional boxing bout in his life.

Logan Paul is another YouTuber-turned-pugilist, but unlike KSI (who defeated him in 2019), the American is expected to win. His odds are -600 against Dillon Danis, a grappling-focused MMA fighter who’s best known as Conor McGregor’s buddy.

If you’re ready to bet on the event, head to BetOnline to do so now!

KSI vs. Tommy Fury Main Event Preview

I would be shocked if Tommy Fury didn’t win this fight. The younger brother of Tyson Fury – the best heavyweight in the world – has been involved with this sport for his entire life; KSI has not.

Instead, KSI only became interested in boxing after it became a thing among YouTubers. Sure, he was among the first to start YouTube boxing, with his first-ever bout being an amateur duel with another YouTuber, Joe Weller.

He won that fight by TKO, then went on to fight Logan Paul in another amateur bout. This time, it ended in a draw. He made his professional debut in a rematch with Paul in 2019, which he won by a split decision.

Since then, KSI has fought four exhibition matches, beating Swarmz (rapper), Luis Alcaraz Pineda (a professional boxer with a 2-6 record), and FaZe Temperrr (YouTuber). He defeated each of them by KO.

In his most recent bout, KSI KO-ed Joe Fournier (a 40-year-old businessman), but it was later turned over due to accidental elbowing.

Meanwhile, Tommy Fury has fought nine professional bouts, winning each of those. Only one of those was against someone who didn’t get their fame through boxing. It’s Logan Paul’s brother Jake I’m talking about, who was a YouTuber before becoming a (relatively) successful pugilist.

Fury fought him last February and won by a split decision after eight rounds of intense boxing. Fast-forward to October, and I think he will get the job done sooner.

Logan Paul vs. Dillon Dannis Preview

The KSI vs. Tommy Fury odds suggest Tyson’s little bro is going to win, and I completely agree. I think his Prime Card odds should be even shorter than -500. In fact, I believe they’re going to move in his favor within the next couple of weeks.

Fury’s odds are going to shorten, and I think just the opposite is going to happen with Logan Paul’s odds. He’s a -600 favorite to beat Dillon Danis, but I don’t have much faith in him. The thing is that he’s only fought one professional boxing bout so far, which saw him lose to KSI.

Paul fought one exhibition against legendary Floyd Mayweather Jr., but it was not scored. It was a real spectacle that sold more than a million PPV buys, but many believe (myself included) that “Money” was too gentle on the YouTuber.

Even though he’s six inches shorter and 35 pounds lighter than Paul, Mayweather was the better boxer in that bout, but he did not go for a finish. As he later said, he’d KO the YouTuber if it were a real fight rather than an exhibition.

Now you know that Paul’s boxing experience is somewhat limited, but that’s still better than his opponent at The Prime Card event. Dillon Danis has never fought inside the boxing ring, but he’s been involved with martial arts for a long time.

He’s actually a fantastic grappler who served as Conor McGregor’s BJJ trainer before the fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov. Speaking of the devil, it’s the incident after the McGregor vs. Khabib fight that made Danis famous – he was the one who apparently made the Dagestani fighter go berserk.

In 2023, Danis is still part of McGregor’s entourage, but roles have reversed. Instead of Danis coaching him, it’s “Notorious” who’s helping Danis prepare for his boxing debut.

Sure, Conor hasn’t proved himself to be a great coach in The Ultimate Fighter 31. His fighters lost seven of the eight fights against the members of Team Chandler. However, I suspect his protégé might do better this time.

And with Paul vs. Danis odds of +400, “El Jefe” will be my pick. You can place this bet at SportsBetting.ag.

Best Props to Target at The Prime Card

  • Tommy Fury to win by KO/TKO
  • Paul vs. Danis to go the distance – No

The fact is that the KSI vs. Tommy Fury odds aren’t that great if you’re going to back the favorite. And I suspect they’re going to get even shorter in the near future. That’s why you might want to consider looking for some other bets.

There are no KSI vs. Tommy Fury odds released for prop bets yet, but I’m almost 100% that the top boxing betting sites will release them in due time.

One prop that I would bet on once the odds pop up is that Fury is going to win by KO/TKO.

He’s without a win inside the distance in his last four fights, but I can definitely see him pulling it off against KSI.  I also think we could see a knockout in the Paul vs. Danis fight.

Paul is the bigger fighter, with enough power to turn the lights off for Danis. But Danis is training with McGregor (and others from the SBG Ireland team). We could see him land just enough damaging punches to make the ref stop the fight.

While some of these props aren’t available right now, I would keep checking the best sportsbook bonuses so are offered the top promos.
