Last year’s winner was none other than Cody Rhodes. He outlasted all 29 other wrestlers, had five eliminations, and was crowned the champion after defeating Gunther.

Interestingly enough, Rhodes is not the favorite to win this time around. Undoubtedly, he’s one of the top contenders, but the 2024 Royal Rumble odds have their eye on someone else. That person is CM Punk, who recently made his return to the WWE.

Other superstars like The Rock and John Cena will make it extremely difficult for CM Punk to come out on top.

Bayley is the current favorite to win the women’s match, and deservingly so. Her odds to win the Royal Rumble are at -110, but others aren’t too far behind. Becky Lynch and Jade Cargill are right on her tail at +150 and +250, respectively.

Rhea Ripley dominated this event in 2023. She had an incredible seven eliminations and was crowned the champ after outlasting Liv Morgan and the 28 others.

Bayley had five eliminations at last year’s Royal Rumble, but she was the 13th one to be eliminated. She can be dominant in the ring, but she has to improve her endurance this time around.

Becky Lynch will be motivated to take down Bayley, especially since that’s who took her out in 2023. Lynch’s resume speaks for itself, and she certainly has a chance to win this year’s Royal Rumble.

Making Royal Rumble predictions is no walk in the park. There are more than 30 different wrestlers participating in each event, which means you theoretically have a 3% chance of being correct.

That said, not all wrestlers are the same. Some will be able to make it much farther than others, so they have a higher chance to win. However, you should still consider betting on a sleeper for this event.

Four of my favorite sleepers for 2024 include John Cena, Roman Reigns, Liv Morgan, and Rhea Ripley. It’s quite surprising that these big names are available at these longshot prices, so I’ll be taking advantage.

There are more 2024 Royal Rumble betting odds for the other matches, including the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship and the WWE United States Championship.

Roman Reigns gets set to defend his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship title against Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and LA Knight. Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 to claim the title, and he’s held onto it ever since.

The 2024 Royal Rumble odds imply that the belt isn’t going anywhere. Reigns is an overwhelming -2500 favorite. That means he has an implied 96.77% chance of winning. However, you barely get any return on your investment by betting on him.

It’ll be a huge surprise if Reigns lost the belt, but it’s not impossible. Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and LA Knight aren’t exactly pushovers, either.

From a betting perspective, the best thing to do here is to take a shot at one of the underdogs. My pick is Randy Orton at +800.

Jade Cargill is a name to look out for in the women’s match. She was dominant in the AEW and is now looking to climb the ranks in the WWE. Winning the Royal Rumble would certainly help out her cause.

As I mentioned earlier, you don’t get a lot of return on your investment for Roman Reigns or Logan Paul. However, these two should put on a show and retain their belts. Plus, if we want to see The Rock vs. Roman Reigns, it doesn’t make sense for him to lose his belt here.
