  • Premiere Date: March 6th, 2023
  • Schedule: Mondays @ 8:00pm (ET) and Tuesdays @ 8:00pm (ET)
  • How to Watch: NBC and Peacock TV

Let’s catch everyone up to speed and break down what this season will look like first. The Voice Season 23 will premiere on Monday, March 6th, at 8:00 pm (ET). They will have episodes on Monday and Tuesday nights, which gives us something to look forward to.

Unfortunately, we found out that this will be Blake Shelton’s last season as a judge on the show. He has been on the show since the first season and has the most coaching wins with nine.

Shelton will be motivated to go out with a bang, but he has some stiff competition for this season.

Kelly Clarkson is back from taking last season off. We know she will give Blake a run for his money no matter what. Not only will Team Kelly be tough competition for Team Blake, but there are also two new judges who want to make a good first impression.

Meet the New Judges

Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend have been the judges consistently over the last few seasons. We usually get about one new judge per year, which has been Ariana Grande, Camila Cabello, and more.

We have two new judges this year, as Legend decided he needed a break. The new coaches will be none other than Chance the Rapper and Niall Horan.

Chance the Rapper is known for, well, rapping. He won Best Rap Album at the Grammys for “Coloring Book” in 2016. He’s done various projects since then and will now try his luck at The Voice.

Niall Horan is most known for being in the popular boy band, One Direction. Like most One Direction members, Niall had some solo albums after their breakup. He might not have had the same level of success as Harry Styles, but maybe he is better at being a coach on The Voice than Harry is.

If you think one of the new coaches can take down the seasoned vets, head over to The Voice betting sites to place your bets.

Who Won The Voice Last Season?

We are still waiting on The Voice betting odds at the time of this writing, so let’s take a look at last year’s winners instead. It’s always a good idea to look at the previous winners to get an idea of why they were able to win.

This will give us a better idea of what betting on The Voice 2023 will be like.

Last year’s winner was Bryce Leatherwood, who was on Team Blake. In fact, Team Blake had the second and fifth-place finishers as well. You always have a better chance of winning when you have a lot of people in the finale. Keep that in mind for later.

It was a very competitive season last year, but Bryce was still able to win. There were a handful of other singers who very well could have won. That said, it shows you just how talented Bryce is and how well he performed.

Girl Named Tom and Team Kelly won the year prior, while Cam Anthony won it for Team Blake in Season 20. Our The Voice 2023 betting preview wouldn’t be complete without highlighting the last few winners.

2023 The Voice Props to Look Out For

The Voice odds are not currently live, but that could change at any moment. I would expect the odds to come out as we inch closer to the premiere. Knowing who is on which team before you place your bets is also a good idea.

So, what can we do right now? We can look at props that were offered in previous years and start planning how we want to approach The Voice Season 23.

We can expect to see three potential props for this upcoming season.

Winning Singer

I wouldn’t expect betting odds to come out for the winning singer until we are a few episodes in, but it’s still a good idea to prepare for it. This prop will have the full list of remaining singers and the odds for each one to win.

If you’re looking for betting value, this will be the prop for you. It’s difficult trying to predict just one winner when there are so many different singers to choose from. Many voices will grab your attention, but which one will go all the way?

The first few episodes of each season tend to do very well, ratings-wise. Most people like to watch the blind auditions, and there’s a good chance you’ll tune in too. In fact, it’s important to watch the auditions if you plan on predicting who will win The Voice Season 23.

You can hear the voices for yourself and decide which singer you think will win.

Winning Coach

If there is one thing we can guarantee The Voice betting odds for, it’s the winning coach. It’s unlikely that the odds for the winning singer are out until we are a couple of episodes into the season.

No singer is guaranteed a spot in the finale, so it’s hard to say who wins that early. Instead of trying to pull off the impossible, it might be a better idea to bet on the winning coach.

As you know, Blake Shelton has the most wins in The Voice history. He’s also been on the show the longest, so that’s not too big of a surprise. Kelly Clarkson has been on the show for a while and has two wins to her name.

If you’re going for someone who knows how to play the game, I would recommend Team Blake or Team Kelly.

Want to spice things up a bit and try your shot at a new coach? Chance the Rapper and Niall Horan are quite the musical minds themselves, so maybe they can pull it off.

Sex of Winner

Another common prop we see offered is for the sex of the winner.

This is a pretty standard prop and is easy to understand. This one is right up your alley for those who like simple bets. You basically just choose male or female and have a pretty good shot of winning either way.

If you take a look at the recent winners, you’ll find that there have been 13 males and 8 females.

Girl Named Tom won two seasons ago, but that’s the only group to have won in The Voice history. So, the majority of winners have been male.

There’s a good chance that this prop has the same odds for both sexes. In that case, I would strongly suggest betting on the male option.

If the female option offers more betting value, then I would consider it.

The Voice 2023 Betting Tips

Good thing you stumbled across my The Voice preview for 2023. I have a few more betting tips that will help you win big. Nothing is guaranteed, but you want to make sure you are making educated decisions rather than just betting blindly.

Here are three things you want to keep in mind before placing your bets:

  • Wait Until You Hear Enough Voices
  • Don’t Bet on a Rookie Coach
  • Monitor the Betting Odds Throughout the Season
  • Favor Team Blake and a Male Singer

First things first, you want to tune in to the first couple of episodes of Season 23. The blind auditions are when singers join certain teams, which has a lot to do with the eventual winner. Hear the voices for yourself and bet on the team with the strongest singers or who you think can win it by themselves.

I would also steer clear of the rookie coaches. Having Chance the Rapper and Niall Horan on the show is exciting, but it’s not a great idea to bet on them to win. It’s very rare for a new judge to win a season of The Voice.

Adam Levine only qualifies here because every coach was new in Season 1. The only other one to do so was Team Legend (Season 16). I’m not a mathematician, but one actual rookie coach out of 22 seasons is not a great output.

If you’re looking to bet on which coach will win The Voice in 2023, I would strongly favor Team Blake. Not only does he have the most wins, but the story is going to be all about him. He’s been the only coach to be on the show for every season, and his time has come to an end.

He’s going to use the “it’s my last season” card a lot this year, and it’s likely going to work. I would expect him to be able to land a very strong list of singers and have a higher chance of winning than anyone else.

Betting on The Voice Season 23

If you think you have the skills to predict, who will win The Voice this year, head over to the top sites to place your bets. You can make your pick based on certain singers, coaches, or other props that will be offered throughout the season.

Being able to correctly predict what happens would reward you handsomely. Try your luck, and you could end up winning big.

It’s still too early, but I’m already making my prediction for Team Blake.

He’s a strong bet to win any given year and knows how to get the job done. Not to mention it’s his last season, so everyone will be motivated to send him off on a high note.

That’s going to wrap up The Voice preview for 2023. Be sure to keep an eye out for betting odds, which should be out any day now. They also update throughout the season, so keep an eye out for unique props for each episode.
