I was impressed by the large amount of wagering opportunities BetOnline featured, both in the casino and sportsbook. They have an array of great video slot machines, and I enjoyed playing Buffalo Bounty, Fruit Bat Crazy, and Bonanza Billion. I was slightly in the red after visiting the casino, but ended my night in the green after betting on the Knicks and Pacers in the NBA Playoffs.

Experience :I started with Buffalo Bounty and lost $9.75, and lost $6.50 more on Fruit Bat Crazy. I ended up winning $12.60 playing Bonanza Billion, broke even playing Single Deck Blackjack, and won $5.50 more betting on the NBA Playoffs.

While performing my BetOnline review, I was impressed by the number of additional promotions they have after the welcome bonuses. One of the more recognizable games in this section is keno, and BetOnline has two variants (Keno Megapays and American Keno). They also have Triple Cash or Crash, Plinko Rush, and Punt.
Scratch card players will be happy to know that they have 23 options for you to choose from, including Journey to Ra and Dream Vacation. If you are looking to spice things up a bit from the typical casino games, BetOnline allows you to do exactly that.
BetOnline Live Dealer
There’s a lot to like about BetOnline’s live dealer selection, both from a quality and quantity perspective. Their games are from Fresh Deck Studios, BetGames, and Visionary iGaming, and include blackjack, baccarat, roulette, lottery, and “other” games.
BetOnline has 24 different blackjack live dealer tables, with betting limits ranging from $5 to $50,000 per hand. These games come in three different varieties: Standard, VIP, and Early Payout blackjack.
There are nine baccarat tables, with betting limits ranging from $1 to $10,000.
There are also 15 different roulette tables, including American and European. You can play the live versions of these games, or you can do Auto Roulette for both as well. Betting limits range from $1 to $12,500 for roulette.
Lastly, BetOnline has four different lottery-style games, which all have $1 to $1,000 limits. Their “Other Games” section includes poker, War of Bets, Wheel of Fortune, Dice Duel, 6 Plus Poker, T-Basket, T-Kick, Speedy 7, Football Grid, Classic Wheel, and Super 6.
Review of BetOnline Sportsbook
Although BetOnline has an excellent casino, their sportsbook might be even more impressive. They feature hundreds of different betting markets on their platform. This includes popular sports like football, basketball, baseball, and hockey, but it doesn’t stop there.
What really sets BetOnline apart from the competition is their options for niche markets, such as entertainment, politics, darts, and wrestling. You can bet on the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL at most online sportsbooks, but not many of them have odds for your favorite TV shows (American Idol, Survivor, etc.), presidential elections (US and international), and major WWE events (WrestleMania, Royale Rumble, SummerSlam, etc.).
BetOnline does not have a search bar in their sportsbook, but they clearly label each category on the left side of the screen. You can also sort markets with the “Starting In…” feature, which has ranges between one and 72 hours. Your betslip is located on the right, which will display your open and settled wagers, as well as any that you have queued up.
They also have a props builder, Same Game Parlays, Mega Parlays, odds boosters, and live betting. Their live betting platform displays all of the current events that you can bet on, as well as upcoming events. You can plan out your day of live betting with their calendar, and bounce around between your preferred games with the Multi-View feature.

The navigational tab across the bottom is very useful, which is where you’ll find the cashier, sportsbook, live betting platform, and casino. In the sportsbook, click the three buttons in the top left to see all of the markets. They compact the different leagues into this menu, as there are a lot of them on offer.
You can even turn your phone sideways into landscape orientation, and BetOnline’s mobile platform will adjust accordingly.
Customer Support at BetOnline
BetOnline has a capable customer service team. You can contact them with any of your questions via email, telephone, or live chat. When I was performing my BetOnline review, I had a question about their welcome bonus and used the 24/7 live chat feature.
I was connected with Amber Sullivan, who asked for my account. Amber provided me with a thorough answer, and even sent me a useful link that had even more information related to my question.
In the live chat, you are able to upload attachments, which allows you to send screenshots. This can help the customer service agent figure out exactly what you are having an issue with. You are also able to download and print the chat afterwards, so you can save the information for the future.

There are other casinos that offer more slot machines than BetOnline, but after you reach a certain point, it doesn’t really matter. It’s unlikely that you will play all 689 slots on their platform, and their other games will keep you busy as well.
The main negative of playing at BetOnline is their lack of a casino welcome bonus. They have a sports and poker welcome bonus, but don’t offer anything to their casino players to start. Luckily, they have running promotions for the casino, which slightly makes up for that.
If you want to get started with a great welcome bonus, I recommend DuckyLuck Casino. They allow players to claim a 500% match bonus up to $2500 on their first deposit, and this becomes 600% up to $3000 for crypto deposits.
Overall, I was very impressed with BetOnline in a multitude of ways after performing my review. They ended up scoring a 4 rating out of a possible 5 on the B.E.S.T. rating system.
