Updated Odds for WrestleMania 40

WrestleMania 40 is drawing near, and a lot of matches have been confirmed over the last few weeks. We already knew that Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns were going to be the main event, but now we know what the rest of the card will look like.

Let’s take a look at the WrestleMania betting odds for the recently confirmed matches, which can be found at BetOnline.

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship Odds

  • Cody Rhodes (-400) vs. Roman Reigns (+250)

The WWE revealed that the main event for WrestleMania 40 will be an epic showdown between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns. This fight has been built up for quite a while now and now it’s finally happening.

Reigns is the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion and defeated Rhodes at WrestleMania 39. Rhodes became the first person to win back-to-back Royal Rumbles in 26 years and will have his chance at revenge.

The Rock made his long-awaited return to the WWE back in January and was determined to face Reigns as well. He was not happy that Rhodes would be getting the fight instead, which created even more tension for this match.

Interestingly enough, it’s Rhodes who is the betting favorite to win over the current champion. This would be a satisfying finish for Rhodes and WWE fans, but Reigns will do everything in his power to stop that from happening.

Out of all the WrestleMania 40 matches, this one will be the biggest. Head over to BetOnline to place your bets now.

Odds to Win the WWE Women’s Championship

  • Bayley (-900) vs. Iyo Sky (+500)

Roman Reigns isn’t the only current champion who is the betting underdog for their upcoming match. The WrestleMania 40 odds also have Bayley favored to beat Iyo Sky, who is the current title holder.

This fight will be a reflection of the turmoil within Damage CTRL. Bayley was recently kicked out after she noticed the other members talking behind her back in Japanese. Asuka and Sane attacked Bayley, who turned face for the first time in five years.

Iyo Sky defeated Bianca Belair at SummerSlam to earn the WWE Women’s Championship title. Now, she’ll have to go against a former ally, who previously had the belt in 2017.

WWE Women’s World Championship Odds

  • Rhea Ripley (-500) vs. Becky Lynch (+300)

Rhea Ripley will look to defend her WWE Women’s World Championship title against Becky Lynch. The WrestleMania betting odds give the current champion the upper hand in the matchup, unlike the other matches.

Ripley’s reign has lasted over 330 days. We knew she was one of the best WWE Australian wrestlers already, but she is cementing her place among the top WWE female wrestlers in history at this point.

She obtained the belt at WrestleMania 39 after defeating Charlotte Flair by pinfall. Lynch earned a chance at the title by defeating Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Naomi, Raquel Rodriguez, and Tiffany Stratton in an Elimination Chamber match.

No one has been able to take down Ripley in a while, but Lynch has been eager to get a chance to do exactly that.

The two will lock horns at WrestleMania XL in one of the most exciting matches of the event.

Odds for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship

  • Drew McIntyre (-800) vs. Seth Rollins (+425)

Another match that has been confirmed will be for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Seth “Freakin” Rollins will try to defend his title against Drew McIntyre. McIntyre may be the challenger, but he’s not the betting underdog in this matchup.

In fact, the betting odds imply that McIntyre has a massive upper hand over Rollins, which is interesting given their last few matches.

Rollins was hoping to face Rhodes, but he will have to settle for The Scottish Warrior. The current champion has beaten him twice before, once at Crown Jewel and the other at Day 1.

Like Becky Lynch, McIntyre earned a chance at the belt by winning an Elimination Chamber match against Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, Logan Paul, LA Knight, and Kevin Owens.

Night 1 Tag Team Match Odds

  • Roman Reigns & The Rock (-600) vs. Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins (+350)

The first match of WrestleMania 40 will be an epic tag team battle between some of the WWE’s biggest stars. Roman Reigns and The Rock will team up against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. This match also has some interesting details tied to it.

If Rhodes and Rollins win the match, nobody from The Bloodline will be allowed to be ringside during the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on the second night of WrestleMania. That matchup will be under Bloodline Rules, if The Rock and Reigns end up winning, which they are heavily favored to.

Tensions are high, especially between Cody Rhodes, The Rock, and Roman Reigns. Not only will they kick off the legendary WrestleMania event on Night 1, but it could affect who wins the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

Odds for WWE United States Championship Match Winner

  • Logan Paul (-500) vs. Randy Orton (+350) vs. Kevin Owens (+900)

There’s going to be an epic triple threat match between Logan Paul, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens at WrestleMania XL. Paul is the current belt holder, which he obtained by defeating Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel.

He later retained the belt after Owens was disqualified for their match at the Royal Rumble. These three wrestlers fought at Elimination Chamber: Perth, and Orton eliminated both Paul and Owens. However, it was Drew McIntyre who came out on top.

Now, Orton and Owens will be looking to claim the title for themselves, while Paul tries to retain it once more.

The WrestleMania odds have Paul as a strong favorite, but Orton and Owens are not going to take it easy on him.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match Winner Odds

  • Gunther (-400) vs. Sami Zayn (+250)

Gunther and Sami Zayn will clash at WrestleMania XL, with the winner taking home the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Gunther is the current belt winner, which he earned all the way back in June of 2022.

Zayn has won this belt three times before, but his longest reign was just 86 days long. His opponent for this match has held the belt for 656 days and counting.

Several different wrestlers attempted to challenge Gunther for the title, so Adam Pearce decided to have a gauntlet match. On the March 11 episode of Raw, Zayn emerged victorious, earning him a chance at the crown.

That said, the WrestleMania odds give Gunther the upper hand, predicting the longest reign in belt history to continue.

AJ Styles vs. LA Knight – Singles Match

  • LA Knight (-1000) vs. AJ Styles (+500)

AJ Styles returned from his injury and helped LA Knight against The Bloodline back in December. In a shocking twist, Styles turned on Knight and attacked him, claiming that he did it because Knight took his spot in a tag team match at Fastlane.

Both Styles and Knight participated in a fatal four-way match at Royal Rumble earlier this year, but Roman Reigns defeated them, along with Randy Orton.

At Elimination Chamber: Perth, Styles snuck into the chamber and attacked Knight, which caused Knight to lose. Now, they will look to end their dispute at WrestleMania 40 and LA Knight is a massive favorite to win at -1000.

Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso – Singles Match

  • Jey Uso -300 vs. Jimmy Uso +200

The Usos have had some issues that need resolving. Ever since Bloodline Civil War, the brothers have been at odds. Jey had a chance to win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam, but Jimmy interfered.

Jimmy continued to interfere with Jey’s matches, including the Intercontinental Championship. Jey decided that enough was enough and challenged Jimmy at WrestleMania, and Jimmy accepted.

This should be an interesting battle between the Uso brothers, and the betting odds favor Jey at -300.

That’s a lot to digest, but there are obviously some awesome 2024 WrestleMania matches worth betting on. If you like these odds and have a bet in mind, take it down at BetOnline now!

Best Bets for WrestleMania 2024

Seth Rollins

You’ll want to make sure you are making smart bets for WrestleMania XL. That means betting on outcomes that are both likely to happen and have appealing odds. Cody Rhodes is a popular favorite, but his -400 odds aren’t all that appealing.

I’d argue that betting on Roman Reigns (+250) has more betting value and he’s definitely not going down easy. I also wouldn’t be surprised if The Rock interfered with the match, which would favor Reign.

If you’re looking for an upset pick, Seth “Freakin” Rollins makes a lot of sense. He’s beaten Drew McIntyre twice in a row and is somehow the underdog at +425.

Rollins could take down one heel at WrestleMania, but others could fall. See if any crack the top 10 of our all-time WWE heel rankings.

10 Best WWE Heels of All-Time

The WWE is known for it’s iconic heels that are so good that you can’t help but love them. Triple H might go down as the best WWE heel of all-time, and he caps out top 10 list. Ric Flair and Stone Cold also make the cut, but where do the best WWE...

My WrestleMania 2024 Predictions

Rhea Ripley
  • Roman Reigns to defeat Cody Rhodes
  • Bayley to defeat Iyo Sky
  • Rhea Ripley to defeat Becky Lynch
  • Seth Rollins to defeat Drew McIntyre
  • Roman Reigns & The Rock to defeat Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins
  • Randy Orton to defeat Logan Paul and Kevin Owens
  • Gunther to defeat Sami Zayn
  • LA Knight to defeat AJ Styles
  • Jey Uso to defeat Jimmy Uso

Here are my overall predictions for WrestleMania XL. We are still waiting for WrestleMania 40 prop bets, but we can make our overall picks while we wait.

Cody Rhodes finally gets his chance to get his revenge on Roman Reigns after losing to him at WrestleMania 39. However, I’m not entirely sure if Rhodes will get his satisfying ending just yet. Reigns has been pretty much impossible to defeat, so I’m willing to bet that he retains his belt yet again.

Bayley has a chance to put Iyo Sky in her place after talking trash behind their back while they were in Damage CTRL.

Ripley has been a dominant force this past year and it seems unlikely that Becky Lynch will be the one to put an end to her streak.

As for Rollins vs. McIntyre, the current champion has had the upper hand in recent bouts.

Tips for Betting on WrestleMania 40

If you are betting on WrestleMania for the first time this year, you might want some additional advice before finalizing your wagers.

There are some things you can do to give yourself a better chance of making a significant return on your investment for WrestleMania XL.

Place Your Bets Early

There’s no guarantee that the odds for WrestleMania stay where they are at right now. For example, Rhea Ripley is -500 to win the WWE Women’s World Championship, but by the time we get there she might be down to -1000.

It makes more sense to place your bets early so you don’t fall victim to price changes.

Bet on Underdogs with Realistic Chances of Winning

Just because the 2024 WrestleMania odds might favor one wrestler over another does not mean they are guaranteed to win. We’ve seen tons of upsets throughout history, and you can win a substantial amount of cash if you can predict one.

My Seth Rollins bet is a perfect example. He has tons of experience beating Drew McIntyre and he’s the current champion. It will be a close fight, but Rollins has a very realistic chance of winning despite is underdog price.

Monitor Storylines

Storylines are everything in the WWE and especially at WrestleMania. The main event has the most build up, but there are plenty of other fights that have been brewing for quite some time now.

Typically, the eventual winner will be the one who either has a story to finish or something to prove.

Betting on WrestleMania 40

WrestleMania

WrestleMania XL is shaping up to be one of the most iconic events in WWE. There’s going to be showdown after showdown between tons of different superstars. At the top of it all will be the match between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, but there’s so much more to be excited about.

The 2024 WrestleMania odds make things even more exciting. You can win real money off your predictions for the event by heading to BetOnline. As for my top pick, I am going to bet on Seth “Freakin” Rollins (+425) to defeat Drew McIntyre.

Rollins has tons of experience defending his belt and McIntyre has had issues taking him down. It takes a huge effort to take down someone with a title, and I’m not sure McIntyre’s the one to steal it from Rollins.

You can also find the 2024 WrestleMania odds on other sites. I recommend visiting BetUS to take advantage of their 125% welcome bonus (up to $2,500). After all, it’s one of the best WrestleMania betting sites.
