I like others am shocked at the low review of this casino or of its affiliated casinos. I have not had any problems with collecting my money in minutes.
Now for the however!! I am going to admit that I have been thinking what
hypeshareofficial said. I went from killing it and making thousands to being a constant losing player. The thing that was most troubling was my losing streak seemed to cover all their sites. Before if I was losing I would just change casinos until I found a hot machine. For reference I am a player who doesn’t quit and change machine after 50 spins. I will literally have 1000 spins on one machine. I have played enough to know how they can hit. But the last 2 months nothing works at anyplace. So maybe I was correct in my thinking so I will need to keep better records and see if a pattern develops. I am not making any sort of accusation just saying I am experiencing the same thing. I still recommend this casino but be on the look out for something fishy. I am a poker player and have found out over the tears when something doesn’t feel right it usually isn’t. I have been playing here for years and it has its ups and downs. On the positive side, the casino slots hit huge when they hit. On the downside, I have had a couple games crash during a big win bonus and sure enough get swindled for the actual winnings. But this is one of the few I regularly keep playing because they have extremely fast withdrawals. Fastest I have seen so far.

My Experience at BetOnline

BetOnline has an impressive array of casino, sportsbook and poker room gambling options. The casino library includes more than 1,100 video slot machines, 27 blackjack tables, 19 roulette wheels, and nearly 70 live dealer casino games.

I spent a lot of time in the casino section of the site and especially enjoyed playing Buffalo Bounty, Fruit Bat Crazy, and Bonanza Billion.

My thorough analysis shares what I liked about the site, how its bonuses and banking options stack up against the competition, and in-depth accounts of both the casino and sports betting options.

Bonuses at BetOnline

The site helps new users hit the ground running by matching 50% of your first deposit up to $250 in free bets. This generous sports welcome bonus also includes 100 free spins for the casino, in the form of 10 free spins per day for 10 days.

Unlike many welcome bonuses, this offer has no rollover requirements. It comes with a reasonable 30-day time limit to fully claim the bonus, which I appreciate.

BetOnline has a dedicated poker welcome bonus as well: a 100% deposit match for up to $1,000. Not only that, the promotion comes with eight days of complimentary poker tournament entries. The minimum deposit for this offer is $50.

Or, you can simply claim 100 free spins on your first deposit.

While the site has less overall bonus offers than some other online casinos, there aren’t any rollover requirements for the bonuses it does offer — a significant plus in my book.

Payment Methods Review

The BetOnline cashier accepts 24 payment methods for deposits, including credit cards, cryptocurrency, money orders, and bank transfers. 

It takes deposits with the four most commonly used credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card deposits have a $25 minimum and $2,500 maximum at BetOnline, and the funds are instantly credited to your account.

One negative is that it charges a 9.75% on every credit card deposit. While the two highest tiers of the casino’s VIP Rewards Program only pay $5 per deposit, most online casinos today don’t charge anything for credit card deposits. 

Bitcoin deposits range from $10–$1,000,000 per transaction, while most other coins have $20 minimum and $100,000 maximums. Included among the casino’s accepted coins are Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Ripple, and Solana. 

Person-to-person transfers, money orders, bank wire transfers, and cashier’s checks round out the remaining deposit options at. Deposit minimums range from $100–$1,500 for these methods.

Players can withdraw winnings in all accepted forms of crypto deposits. Most coins have low minimum withdrawal amounts of $20, with a few exceptions. Crypto withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, and transaction fees apply to crypto withdrawals as well, which is a negative.

Like the majority of online casinos, BetOnline doesn’t offer credit card payouts.  

The site pushes users toward crypto payouts with high fees for most other withdrawal methods; along with longer processing timelines. Money orders have an $80 processing fee and take up to seven days, while bank transfers have a $45 fee, or 3% of the payout, depending on the amount. 

BetOnline Sportsbook Review

BetOnline’s sportsbook is its main attraction, covering covers hundreds of betting markets including popular sports like football, basketball, baseball, and hockey.

But what really sets it apart are the niche markets it covers, like international sports, entertainment, and politics. You can bet on sports like rugby, snooker, and cricket. It also has odds on TV shows (American Idol, Survivor, etc.), movie box office returns, elections (both US and international), and major WWE events.

The sportsbook would benefit from adding a search bar to the menu. Otherwise it’s easy to navigate on desktop and mobile, with each category clearly labeled on the left side of the screen. The bet slip is pinned on the right side of the screen, where you can easily manage your bets before submitting them.

For betting features, BetOnline has a props builder, same game parlays, mega parlays, and an odds booster. The site also offers live in-game betting for extra entertainment, with odds that update in real time as the action unfolds.

The sportsbook also accepts wagers on thoroughbred and harness horse races in the US, Canada, Australia, Italy, and more. You can bet on popular esports too, including Counter-Strike, Rocket League, and NBA2k contests. 

To sum up it up, no matter what sport you’re looking to bet on, BetOnline probably has odds on it.

BetOnline Casino Review

The casino offers over 1,100 slot machines from providers including BetSoft, Dragon Gaming, Digital Gaming Solutions, and Arrow’s Edge. These providers also supply the site with 27 blackjack tables, 19 roulette wheels, and 23 single and multi-hand video poker variations. 

The site features a nice specialty games section as well, offering 34 scratch-cards, and nearly 30 miscellaneous arcade-style games like Plinko and casino solitaire.

There’s also a search bar so you can go straight to the game you want to play without having to search through the casino’s vast collection to find your favorite.

Slots

The bulk of BetOnline’s casino games are slots, as there were over 1,100 at the time of writing. While the offering is impressive, I would like to see the ability to filter the games by provider, reels (three-reel, five-reel, jackpot, etc.), and theme. The search bar is convenient, but only if you know the specific title you wish to play.

That said, the slots catalog should be large enough to please any player. The games feature high-quality graphics that look great both on desktop and mobile devices. A lot of the games have entertaining features like free spins, bonus games, bonus buys, hold and win features, wilds, stacked wilds, and more. 

A few my favorites were:

• Buffalo Bounty – The Dragon Gaming title has a simple layout with five reels, three rows, and 10 paylines. There’s beautifully animated symbols, a calming soundtrack, and clean graphics. Free spins come with a bonus of your choosing, allowing you to select from additional wild symbols, win multipliers, and expanding symbols. 
• Fruit Bat Crazy – Classic slot symbols give this game a comforting retro feel, but with fresh, modern graphics. The Betsoft game is a 5×3 slot that has 243 paylines and a 95.22% return-to-player percentage (RTP%). You can buy free spins, and I bought 20 free spins for $21 — though I only ended up winning just over $10. Even so, this is a fun one.
• Bonanza Billion – One of my favorite titles from BGaming, Bonanza Billion has cascading reels and a colorful design that reminds me of Candy Crush. The bright color scheme, soothing soundtrack, and fun sound effects make it easy to settle in. The game’s RTP% is a relatively high 96%, and includes features like scatter tiles, multipliers, and the ability to increase your chances of hitting the free spins bonus for only an additional $0.05 per spin. 

Table Games

BetOnline had 77 table games when I reviewed the site, a satisfying offering that included:

• 27 blackjack tables
• 19 roulette wheels
• 5 baccarat tables
• 10 casino poker games

The table game section has games from well-known providers like Rival Gaming, FlipLuck, and Concept Gaming.

The site’s blackjack tables include single and multi-hand variations, 21 Burn Blackjack, Rolling Stack, and Blackjack 11. There are also BetOnline exclusives such as Double Up Blackjack, Blackjack Duel, and BetOnline 33 Blackjack Free Bet.

It offers 19 roulette wheels too. I appreciated the seven European wheels to choose from, since European roulette has slightly better odds than the American counterpart—it only features one zero slot versus the two zero slots (0,00) featured on American wheels. That extra zero cuts the house edge in half from 2.7% to 5.26%.

BetOnline also has 10 RNG poker games, including tri-card poker, Let It Ride, Caribbean poker, bonus Texas hold ’em, and Oasis poker.

There’s also an “Other Table Games” category that includes craps, multi-hand casino war, three card rummy, pai gow, red dog, and two rocket dice variations.

Video Poker

I was instantly impressed by the number of video poker games I found at BetOnline, and that the site’s 23 video poker titles were clearly categorized into 10 single-hand and 13 multi-hand variants. 

There are several repeat variations such as Deuces Wild, Joker Poker, and Jack or Better. However, the titles are supplied by different providers like Arrow’s Edge and Betsoft, so there’s variety in gameplay and presentation even though they’re the same base game.

Specialty Games

The BetOnline specialty games section includes 34 scratch cards, two keno variations, and 27 miscellaneous games.

The scratch card selection in particular is one of the more impressive collections I’ve seen. I had a lot of fun playing the scratch card Rise of Titans. I might’ve played for hours if I didn’t have to write the rest of this review!

The Dragon Gaming-powered title has an impressive ancient Greece-meets-fantasy art style. Players can manually select nine squares one at a time to scratch, or choose to auto-scratch. A 3D lightning bolt uncovers each square, and the card’s Free Games squares are enticing enough to make you want to keep playing card after card.

Live Dealer

There’s a lot to like about BetOnline’s live dealer selection, both in quality and quantity. The games are hosted by Fresh Deck Studios, BetGames, and Visionary iGaming. Across these three providers, the live game library includes blackjack, baccarat, roulette, lottery games, and more.

BetOnline has 24 different blackjack live dealer tables with three different varieties: Standard, VIP, and Early Payout. Betting limits range from $5 to $50,000 per hand.

There are also nine baccarat tables, with betting limits ranging from $1 to $10,000.

The live casino has 16 roulette wheels, including American and European variations. You can play the live versions of these games, or you can do Auto-Roulette.

The site has four lottery-style games as well, which all have $1–$1,000 per-hand limits. The “Other Games” section of the live casino lobby includes newer games like War of Bets, Wheel of Fortune, Dice Duel, and six Super 6 tables ranging from $5–$10 per hand.

I don’t think any experienced player would be disappointed by BetOnline’s live casino section.

BetOnline Poker Review

The BetOnline poker room should satisfy the needs of both casual and serious poker players alike. There’s even a dedicated PC application, as well as mobile web-apps that optimize the site for seamless play on Android and iOS devices. 

The site also boasts a poker-specific welcome bonus that helps new players by matching 100% of your first deposit for up to $1,000 (min. $50 deposit), along with eight days of complimentary poker tournament tickets to help newbies learn the ropes. 

The site has No Limit Hold ‘Em poker tournaments every hour, 24 hours a day, with rebuys at half past the hour, every hour. Buy-ins for these tournaments range from $1–$215 per tournament. 

BetOnline also has satellite tournaments in which players can win tickets to higher pot poker tournaments in lieu of cash prizes. 

For example: the Sunday Main Event game normally has a buy-in cost of $109 that allows players to compete for $150,000 in weekly prizes. However, for $8.80 you can enter a satellite tournament during the week that rewards winners with a free ticket to the Sunday Main Event game. 

The site also has a Daily Boost leaderboard in which No Limit Texas Hold ’Em players compete for more than $1,000 in daily prizes. The BetOnline Sit-and-Go Leaderboard allows players to score points by playing in low, medium, and high buy-in games, and the top 15 players every day win a share of $500 in prizes that can be used to enter real money tournaments on the platform.

Customer Support at BetOnline

I contacted the live chat support to ask about one of the site’s welcome bonuses. After entering my name, email, and question topic, I was connected to an agent named Susan in roughly one minute. 

She greeted me and asked me what my question was. I asked her what the rollover requirements on the bonuses were, and she sent me a link to an entirely different casino’s requirements. When I asked if BetOnline had the same terms as the external site, she apologized and asked me to wait while she found the information I was looking for. 

After a few minutes, she came back to say there were no requirements. I verified with her that there were none, and after she confirmed there were no rollover requirements I closed the chat.

Her service was helpful and relatively quick, but I didn’t appreciate that she gave me an answer to an entirely different casino. This clearly means that the agents work for multiple casinos. As a customer, it didn’t make me very confident in the service. I would like to speak to a live agent that is dedicated solely to the casino in which I’m inquiring about.

Of course this has nothing to do with the agent herself, and everything to do with the casino(s) that employ her.

Had I inquired about sensitive financial information and was led astray due to the agent managing multiple casino’s support at once, I would have been pretty upset about it.

Mobile Gaming at BetOnline

BetOnline doesn’t have a downloadable app (except for poker), but the mobile site offers a perfectly smooth experience. I didn’t have any issues accessing their site from my iPhone, and all the games loaded quickly for me. You can also turn your phone sideways into landscape orientation and the platform adjusts accordingly.

It’s easy to bounce between the casino and sportsbook, especially since the site layout is similar to the desktop version. The navigational tab across the bottom is very useful, which is where you’ll find the cashier, sportsbook, live betting platform, and casino. You can even expand the options here to find the racebook, esports, contests, promos, and VIP rewards.

My Final Verdict for BetOnline

Overall, I was impressed with BetOnline in a multitude of ways. It provides an exceptional gambling experience for sports bettors and casino players alike. The welcome bonus package isn’t as broad or high-value as other casinos, but the lack of rollover requirements more than makes up for it.

In addition to hundreds of betting markets in the sportsbook and casino, the site has flexible payment options. You can use popular credit cards, cryptocurrencies, and other transfers to add funds to your account. One negative is that the site charges more fees on credit card deposits and most withdrawals than many competitors.

I enjoyed playing their games on the site, and I barely scratched the surface. Based on my experience, I’d say that BetOnline is one of the top online sportsbooks and casinos around.
