They will put you in a bad situation, if you try to take your money back you have to wait 10 working days, but they take your money instantly and they put you to send them a lot of information. I raised a query initially back in November. It’s now January and despite many many e-mails chasing an outcome, I finally received a response from a so called manager who lacked empathy and understanding to my situation. Although this casino may seem professional by the looks of the site and the choice of games, the people that work there are rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. I’m still unhappy with the outcome of their decision, but this casino is all about taking your money and nothing else. I would strongly advise anyone considering registering with this casino or any other casino affiliated with 888 casino to strongly avoid playing on their sites. There are plenty of other casinos out there who are keen to provide a great customer service and this isn’t one of them. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Please avoid playing with one of 888 casinos. I have send another message per mail on Wednesday and today, no respons.Also, I have called their support. The call goes silent after one peep. I’ve tried it twice, both times the same.I hope they’ll reply and get back to me asap, but as you most likely understand, I have my doubts about that.

Nothing. No live chat. Very very basic layout and seems very slow. Just about everthing hence the 1 star, shocking layout of the casino you swipe down and it goes across, very slow withdrawal times. These quickly need to get up to speed with others before being left behind in that department.
