Not much right now, the range of games is good. I don’t really play bingo on there as I prefer to be in a bingo hall. Depositing is easy, withdrawal is where my issue lies as problems aren’t rectified There has been an error in my withdrawals. I have emailed on a number of occasions to sort it as I am entitled to my $500.03USD (2 separate withdrawals), I have had no response (the swift code needs changing) and no acknowledgment despite numerous emails asking for them to acknowledge receipt of emails and asking if they have passed the info to the relevant person. The bank can’t help me and assure me it is 888 casino’s responsibility. There must be a higher power I can go to to get this sorted and I won’t give up until I do – I need my winnings. If anyone can please tell me which organisation I can contact to take this higher I would appreciate it. I changed the swift code on my account last week as soon as the bank informed me of their error and did a small withdrawal, and that money reached my account quickly so I know this is easily remedied but 888 don’t want to help it seems.

Used to be my go to casino! I won very big here ($65K plus some others around $5K) and enjoyed playing here for about 2 years. They had excellent customer/client/VIP support at the time I was playing here. I stopped playing at 888 because they removed literally ALL the games I liked. ALL of them. Replaced with other, less polished games or games that just did not appeal to me. They also stopped doing bank transfers for my bank specifically? Withdraw methods from there were less appealing as well. I was super disappointed to stop playing here! VIP support did contact me and they did do a very thorough job in trying to regain my business. It just wasn’t mean to be!

I’m a consumer of 888casino! Throughout my experience, the bonus that you receive as soon as you register to play is extremely extraordinary amazing. The one thing that bothers me during my experience through this site is the withdrawal time period. They request you to verified your account with the following passport, ID, or driver licenses before you tried to attempt to withdraw. Currently, I’m in the process of verifying my account (Couple hours through the verification still no answer) They said it’s going to be within 3 days, so I’m continuously waiting. Still what bother me is that it is much way easier to deposit than withdrawal. I guess, they want you to experience longer and feed you addiction during the time period. It sounds a bit shady how they want your photo ID after you played instead of requesting at the time you register. Everything seems legit so far. I’m getting nervous because the media is begging to differ with a few fraud videos I found, regarding 888casino closing down few accounts and cutting down player’s losses. There are much and different games. Very easy to register en deposit.Everything is super good when I was losing and deposit again, you get good promotions emails to deposit again get free spins and bonus. Everything changed dramatically when I start to win and withdraw. Then everything getting very difficult and take a very long time. Only canceling the withdraw is still very easy. I like the fast response on initial email. Clear terms of deposit and withdrawal. Lots of games to choose from. New games arriving weekly. Fair bonus on deposit Oh my god. After depositing close to $2000 I wrote customer service with a complaint of sluggish software and random session issues. I requested a small free sports bet for compensation. Respectfully I stated in my email that I was considering moving my online gaming entertainment to another platform. Those exact words. To express my frustration. Customer service then took it upon themselves to lock my account and it took me almost 24 hours to unlock it. Messing up pending sports bets. They had no right to do that. I wasn’t mean or disrespectful. I was polite and to the point of my concerns. Which were never addressed I still play. And still deposit. However, I’d never ever recommend them to a friend or family for the way I was treated. Also I find when some bets get rejected it’s not credited to your account. I didn’t even bother to write them about that in fear of my account being locked. Terrible customer service. -100 out of 10. Never experienced anything so disrespectful to a money customer. I saved the email logs as proof of my claims.

Lots of games and no freezing games as I heard or read reviews. Well also I was so worried that 888 don’t pay back. Read lots of reviews that 888 don’t pay or makes it difficult or delay the payments for ever.I played and won and I was so worry but in fact its not true. Ok they do ask for verification before they make the payments. But as soon as they verify you they pay you straight away. I received my first payment £1300 today and they also paid me £3700 today and I should receive in the next few days. I only dislike is transferring the money to the players takes longer then what er want. 3 working days is acceptable like other casinos. 5 to 8 business days is a lot I think.

A month ago I tried to withdraw 1000 euros, my bank rejected the international transfer and sent funds back to cassava through target system. Since that moment I have made 4 queries about the issue and still have not received an answer from support and funds have not been placed back into my account ;(
