After depositing close to $2000 I wrote customer service with a complaint of sluggish software and random session issues. I requested a small free sports bet for compensation. Respectfully I stated in my email that I was considering moving my online gaming entertainment to another platform. Those exact words. To express my frustration. Customer service then took it upon themselves to lock my account and it took me almost 24 hours to unlock it. Messing up pending sports bets. They had no right to do that. Not a very large selection of slots. Plus I had a hard time getting a match on my first deposit, it never happened. The site kept freezing on me and the games didn’t all load. And you need 20 dollars in your account to withdraw. Sticking to Betfair or sugarhouse.
They have some exclusive game I couldn’t find anywhere else.

There’s a nice theme towards the layout of this site. When entering a promotional code 90% of the time it wasn’t applied to my account. Getting a response from customer support is like pulling teeth as its a very painful wait time to get any sort of result. Your looking at a 2-3 day minimal to hear back from them and at that point, most people have already played thier deposits. I’ve contacted them numerous times regarding bonuses and have had nothing come back to me, even though I entered them as they were advertised on the correct day they were active. I took a break and temporarily excluded my account and when it was time to play again my account was still disabled. It took about 4-5 times of reaching out to support via site and emails until about 2 weeks later, we’re they removed the lock. The game selection is very poor and the level of service is even more so. Deposited 200usd idebit payment (highly not recommended they don’t write back to emails as i had a problem with my account number and wanted to change it) won 100 didn’t get paid 25 dollars for bonus not sure if you, although im not sure you needed to meet wagering requirements. When I won I requested 888casino to withdraw through wire transfer but they sent it to idebit account. Major delay never paid since go to real local casinos instead I dislike the way they handled my withdraw they didn’t direct it to my bank account. I idebit wouldnt respond to emails and requests to my account.
