To be honest, only thing that 888casino does good is taking your money… None of deposits went wrong. I didn’t like it at the start… But I decided to try it… BIG MISTAKE… Don’t even know why I played there…. Deposited about 1000e all together, not even once going over my deposited amount… Just loss loss loss.. I contacted them to ask them is that normal, or RTP depends on the country I’m playing from… (considering how it was taking my money without any chance to win, in one moment I was sure players from my country are not allowed to play, so they won’t win anything, only loose…)
When I contacted them, they immediately locked my account and banned my access. I was MAD!!!!

Quite happy with the payout. It’s sometimes works sometimes not, depending on time, I guess.However, something very strange happened during my last chat with representative. I contacted regarding an issue for withdrawal, inquiring the time it would take before the money’s paid out, and unintentionally (jokingly) said I sometimes I get a gambling urge, and they closed down my account instantly and sent me a bull***t e-mail about how to stop or intervene with gambling and refused to change their decision. I pleaded the decision, saying I never said seriously I had a gambling problem, the issue I was contacting about was a withdrawal, not a problem with gambling, it was a joke and not intended as serious and stated I never had a record of spending too much or urge to cross my limits or ever felt bad after losing too much. Their response was a stereotypical e-mail, stating that I was not allowed to have an account anymore on any of their casinos and some shit about stopping to gamble because of they misinterpreting my word. I don’t recommend this casino, as they don’t listen to their customers and have problems with their players. Unfortunately it’s a fact, I recommend other ones. Thank you.

They promise 100% bonus for first time players. I deposited £60 and the bonus never materialized. No live chat so you can forget about trying to resolve the issue quickly.Needless to say I am not pleased about this site. I sent them an email a day ago but I have not received an answer yet.
Gives you all the first deposit bonus and free spins then you don’t recieve them. Doesn’t say anywhere about how to claim them, they show up in rewards but don’t activate when you play the selected games. Minimum deposit of 20 is also a joke. Won’t be using again

I then went to contact and no online chat come on really!? So now I’ve emailed them and apparently they will be getting back to me in 48 hrs absolute joke I will be leaving this review every where possible to warn others the worst site I’ve ever been on and I’ve tried loads!!
