They promise 100% bonus for first time players. I deposited £60 and the bonus never materialized. No live chat so you can forget about trying to resolve the issue quickly.Needless to say I am not pleased about this site. I sent them an email a day ago but I have not received an answer yet.
Gives you all the first deposit bonus and free spins then you don’t recieve them. Doesn’t say anywhere about how to claim them, they show up in rewards but don’t activate when you play the selected games. Minimum deposit of 20 is also a joke. Won’t be using again

Deposited 20 with the promotion £120 freeplay and 20 free spins played through my £20 no problems at all, went to play the spins and free play and guess what none of the inclusive games would load just a blank screen yet other games are loading absolute scam I will be reporting it!!!I also tried playing on the app, online and on my tablet, clearing cache etc etc all the same not loading.. I then went to contact and no online chat come on really!? So now I’ve emailed them and apparently they will be getting back to me in 48 hrs absolute joke I will be leaving this review every where possible to warn others the worst site I’ve ever been on and I’ve tried loads!! Stable and slick gaming experience especially live casino games are nice. Bait-like bonus promotion – When depositing $200, it said bonus $70 will be credited but it never happened. Funny enough, they have FAQs about why bonus is not credited which means they know this is trap with fine prints.
I was recently playing on the online Roulette live tables on 22/07/2018 when suddenly each time in a row of 7 everytime I placed my bet and the numbers I had covered landed a message came up stating “Bet Rejected”.I raised this with the support team who was no help at all having to repeat the issue several times – then having the response they know about this issue and it is being looked at whilst crunching over the phone eating which I found very unprofessional. There’s also no mention of any relevant information.I then decided to call the support team which was a waste of time – they were unable to tell me any more than the information on the email – “this is handled by the technical team, and they don’t operate on the phones” I then asked well how to gain my information that I require – I was then told email. However as shown above was the quality of the emails.I have also noticed I now have been blocked and can no longer access my account.
