Registered up a few nights back, read that withdrawals take up to 24 hours which I can live with. Made a withdrawal on Thursday. 24 hours later get asked for KYC, okay, no other site has asked for this, but filled it all in nonetheless. A few hours later all verified. Contact support, who in fairness answer very quickly and tell me that although I am verified I’m not “fully” verified which to me translates as we hope you put more in everytime you come to check the site. So apparently after you are verified it takes an additional 48 hours to “fully” verify you, then up to 24 hours to pay out afterwards. With it being Christmas, that takes me to the 29th December after the 24 hours. I withdrew on the 21st. Thats a week for a withdrawal. If you like fast withdrawals, this is not the place for them. Find somewhere else to spend your money. Unsure why I got flagged for KYC, never have anywhere else, always use Paypal.

The verification process is a nightmare, sent all documents ask requested but because of an expired card they are now requesting pdf files of my bank statements to prove I deposited with the expired card even though bank statements don’t show this information I feel very uncomfortable with this type of request.
