So apparently after you are verified it takes an additional 48 hours to “fully” verify you, then up to 24 hours to pay out afterwards. With it being Christmas, that takes me to the 29th December after the 24 hours. I withdrew on the 21st. Thats a week for a withdrawal. If you like fast withdrawals, this is not the place for them. Find somewhere else to spend your money. Unsure why I got flagged for KYC, never have anywhere else, always use Paypal.

The verification process is a nightmare, sent all documents ask requested but because of an expired card they are now requesting pdf files of my bank statements to prove I deposited with the expired card even though bank statements don’t show this information I feel very uncomfortable with this type of request.
