Initially I had a very positive experience with this casino. Until I won & requested a payout. It was only for $633 & they split it into 2 separate payouts. I never could get an exact answer on when to expect the 2nd half, they just kept telling me to submit my payout request (obviously!) and that whenever it gets reviewed (reviewed again?) then they’ll send it. To their credit, they did send the 2nd half about 3 weeks after the first half. But now there are NO bonuses under my “bonus” button. I no longer receive any emails from them regarding anything at all. I’ve tried to enter bonus codes that say “unlimited use”, but apparently they are actually limited. I guess my winning a whopping $633 has made me persona non grata at this casino. I just think that’s really funny considering I’ve won $2k and $3k at other casinos, got the whole payout in 1 sum and they all continue to at least let me use match code bonuses. Anyways, just don’t get comfortable playing here, cuz once you receive a payout, they’ll make you feel pretty unwelcome. I’ll just spend my money at the casinos that show appreciation for their customers, even if they have to payout winnings to them.
