I don’t like it. Played free chip on Nov 4th and won. Tried to cash out, then on the 7th they tell me that I must deposit to get the winnings. I did, then they made me verify everything. They finally verified me yesterday the 16th. I immediately requested withdrawal using BTC and they still have it under status “requested” almost two days later. edit: I moved it up to 3 stars. They did verify me after over 12 days but now I found out that their BTC withdrawals are not quick.
