Betamo is a great online casino, I’ve played there many times and not once had an issue. I’ve claimed bonuses, made withdrawals and even the KYC process was rather smooth. They have a superb game selection which is the main reason I keep coming back. I wish they had a bit better loyalty program but overall I would recommend them.

Friendly interface, easy to find games, lots of games and they update new games very quickly. Fast deposits and withdrawals (I thought they would take it long when I read some of the other comments on askgamblers). I rate them 8 stars because there are some bad points below They update a lot of new games but also block a lot of games from playing with bonus money, but this is a good casino you should try it once. Joined this casino on 01/09/19. Plenty of game providers and easy to navigate. The 100% match bonus is pretty standard so deposited a €100 and played for ages but lost, 2nd deposit was another 100% bonus which is good so deposited another 50 which went extremely well. Wagering was on the steep side 40x but was only the bonus not deposit and bonus like some. Anyway managed to wager and cashout €1200. Now the worrying part when you play at casinos, will my withdrawal go through ok, t&c’s did I bet to much, did I play a banned game etc?So about 30 mins after withdrawal I get an email, withdrawal cancelled need documents. Ok documents sent via website, very easy. Withdrew again, 30 mins later withdrawal cancelled again, please speak to live chat..Ok here we go..Live chat said driving License no good so I uploaded Passport..and withdrew again..still talking to live chat he informed me passport would be ok and withdrawal would be ok..Now here is the bit I can’t get my head round…About 30 seconds after talking to live chat I logged into my online banking to check something and my withdrawal was already in my Account. ??????How is this Possible?? This goes to show how much stalling crap these other casinos do so you reverse and spend your money..30 seconds? The overall experience is great. The initial verification process took a bit longer than I expected, but it was due to my own circumstances. They were more than helpful and I cleared it up quickly. Since that initial verification of all of my withdrawals until recently have taken less than two business days to process. Some banks will vary due to their own regulations. Among other things try to remember there are international withdrawal limits and your state and bank may have transfer limits to prevent fraud and laundering. Most of the people I’ve seen get blacklisted by Betamo are people who’ve sent them a hundred emails or people who’ve blatantly verbally abused them.
