Finally decided to close account as their vip program is vip in name only and offers no real benefits and their so called vip service is very inept and have no power to do anything. The last straw was them holding my payout for 7 days for a small echeck deposit when I deposited thousands. I have given them enough chances to treat players right and they failed

I agree with Finally Finally, this place is kind of shady. I made a deposit of $20, expecting to get the LCB exclusive match bonus, but the terms were $25 min, so my bad on that one. However, my deposit came through at $18 instead of $20, so basically I couldn’t even withdraw my deposit, once I decided that I didn’t like it there. The minimum w/d is $20 ~ So even though I deposited $20 & never played a single game there, they still wouldn’t let me withdraw my funds …. I had to play it & try to make it back to what I gave them originally just to break even… That never happened, so I will never give them another dime. Pretty douchey if you ask me. 🙂

I like betonline. They have casino/poker/sportsbook/live games. It’s great for those whom like to be able to wager/play all types of online gaming at one place. You can transfer funds between casino/poker/sportsbook/live games. Their poker buy-ins for large prize tourneys is very reasonable. I think the 10k guaranteed costs 20+2 dollars usd to buyin,, and the top prizes are a few thousand each. I would highly recommend playing at betonline. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have the rummy/3card poker sidebet on their live blackjack.

Cashout/Verification needs some time. It was a good Poker experience. Have not tried the other products, but they’ve always new sportsbook promotions, esp. for the american market.

They’re poker room has really went down hill lately. All their tournaments are now pkos. This used to be my favorite poker site. Their casino however has always been less than desirable. They run some of my least favorite software. There are only a couple betsoft games I ever play. Not only that but they are the only casino who sets most of their games at a $1 bet per spin minimum. I have only had a small amount of luck there a couple times with bonus money.

Really got screwed out of a bonus once and reps never fixed it, but not bad overall.

I enjoy the time I spend playing here, but I will say they need to get more providers on the casino side. Especially live games, the selection they have now is just disappointing especially for such a big name in the online casino business. Also the withdraw process is way too long, and if you deposit with a debit card then you have to wait 7 days before you can even request a withdraw And then you still have to wait for it to process and actually be approved to be sent.
