Most promotions are connected with cryptocurrency and I don’t trust much in bitcoin and similar modern money. No live chat is also available and it wasn’t a nice surprise for me.

They’re poker room has really went down hill lately. All their tournaments are now pkos. This used to be my favorite poker site. Their casino however has always been less than desirable. They run some of my least favorite software. There are only a couple betsoft games I ever play. Not only that but they are the only casino who sets most of their games at a $1 bet per spin minimum. I have only had a small amount of luck there a couple times with bonus money.

Really got screwed out of a bonus once and reps never fixed it, but not bad overall.

I enjoy the time I spend playing here, but I will say they need to get more providers on the casino side. Especially live games, the selection they have now is just disappointing especially for such a big name in the online casino business. Also the withdraw process is way too long, and if you deposit with a debit card then you have to wait 7 days before you can even request a withdraw And then you still have to wait for it to process and actually be approved to be sent.

A total letdown won $2000 to have $100,000 wagering requirement put behind a free slot tournament totally bogus if I had $100,000 I wouldn’t be playing in a free damn slot tournament. Js they need to be more clear that it’s not free free you definitely pay for it

I got started out with this casino by participating in their free Slot & Blackjack tournaments. I did appreciate the opportunity to win money for free. So, because of that, I’ve deposited a few times. They use Betsoft software, as well as other software providers. This gives the casino a good variety of games.

This casino has a lot of games and it easy to get around their site. Their customer service agents are nice and helpful. I wish there were more games that were cheaper to play, though. The only penny keno kinda hates me, so…….but other than that, I have won an very easily cashed out. honestly, that shocked the heck out of me, but totally NOT complaining! I would play here before anywhere else=)
