They are not answering my calls and email. One of the vip customers service was very rude. They request many documents. I have provided them with my passport, id, driving licence and bank statement. Every time they were saying that the documents unclear and blurry. After many attempts they verify my account. I have deposited around 40000 dollars without any difficulties. I wasnt even asked for verification either. All went smooth. Customer support can be hot/cold at times. But thats the only concern hence why 9/10.
