I want to revise my review of this casino after considering my recent experience. I withdrew half of the winnings from this casino which the casino promptly deposited into my account. One week later I tried to deposit a small amount which was rejected by the site but the amount was debited from my bank account. When I enquired about the deposited amount, my bank clarified the amount is deposited into Betway account.Then I contacted Betway customer support who suggested to wait for two weeks.After two weeks there was no logical answer from the casino,so I launched formal complaint with the casino manager who supposed to resolve complaint within ten days. After ten days when I asked about my complaint to customer support they suggested to wait.After another fifteen days an email from manager received in which final verdict was given.The email described that the amount already credited to account and now you cannot launch dispute with the casino in the casino customer support.So I launched complaint with eCOGRA who when approached to the casino to derive details and facts of the case the casino administration replied to them that the case is not closed at their end and a third party payment processor investigating this case.Then eCOGRA closed the complaint and suggested me to communicate with the casino customer support. Again I contacted customer support through live chat they have given clarification that there was mistake and they never credited the amount in question to my account and a third party payment processor investigating this case and they don’t know how much time it could take to investigate the case.After a month I contacted that third party payment processor who after checking their records confirmed that the amount in question credited to the casino account and they have raised the query to the casino which was not replied by the casino.The next day Betway credited my casino account with the deposit I made seven months before this event. This was a clear attempt to harass its customers by this casino.
My experience at Betway casino was not good. in 2017 I made my first deposit by Neteller at this casino and I claimed the welcome bonus. I played my deposit with the bonus and ended up with a balance of 280 euro. the next day I found that my account was closed and I received 80 euro on my Neteller account. however I did not request a withdrawal, I only made a deposit of 20 euro and my casino balance was 280 euro. the same day I received an email from support informing me that the reason for closing my account as a result of a routine investigation by Casino Operations Department, who confirmed that the region i registered my account from does not match the associated IP address of my account.I was sure it was a mistake on the part of the casino which forced me to file a complaint against the casino with Ecogra. the casino had no proof, I asked support several times to give me the history ofmy connections to the casino with the IP addresses but I never received a response. finally, after a few months I received 200 euro in my Neteller account.For me it is not a good casino.

I like on betway, its very easy to handle it. Every week I get 10,- freebet if I played only 25,- in one week. And very much slots, live-games and other promotions. The best is, by sport-bets you can make very much different bets, more than on other casinos. I like it.
Good for entertainment and fun. Good for people who only want to waste money and don’t need the withdrawal. It was good for smaller amounts. Accepts india bank net bankings. Withdrawals were not paid on time as promised and their timelines. No contact number. Customer support service is pathetic. Not good for Indians at all.
