Stay away at all costs. This site is close to a scam. They will approve you for a tenth of what you request. They will not even payout your average bet in the hopes that you get frustrated and lose everything. After requesting 2500 payouts three times I have been approved of 1250, 750, and 500. Let me add that I have also had over 10k in my acct when requesting these amounts. They hide behind their terms and conditions stating that they can pay out in smaller increments but it’s really so you keep betting and lose your balance. Customer service takes a week to respond and won’t tell you what you need to do to get to the higher cashout level. I put 100k in bets in and didn’t get approved to even cashout 2500??? After that they keep going down on your amounts no matter what you do. This site will be out of business in a year and you will never get your funds. By the way, you can deposit unlimited amounts but they decide how much you can withdrawal

My Experience at BetWhale

I had an excellent time reviewing BetWhale. The sportsbook offers over 27,000 betting markets, including horse racing and esports. It also features a robust online casino with over 1,300 slots and nearly 90 table games like blackjack and roulette.

I played at BetWhale for two hours on both my laptop and Android device. My biggest wins were with The Wrath of Thor and Behind the Mask. I didn’t always come out ahead, but nearly every game I tried was enjoyable, and my overall impression of gambling at BetWhale was very positive.

Bonuses Review

BetWhale offers plenty of opportunities to make your money work for you. There’s a sportsbook welcome bonus that lets you claim a 125% match for up to $1,250 with a minimum $50 deposit. The offer comes with a 10x rollover (deposit + bonus).

On the casino side, you can claim a 250% welcome bonus with deposits starting $20. The maximum deposit is $1,000 if you use a credit card, with an unlimited maximum deposit for crypto. This bonus comes with a 30x rollover (deposit + bonus). 100% of every dollar you wager on slots, keno, and scratch cards contributes to the rollover, and 20% on games such as blackjack, video poker, and tri-card poker.

I’d like to see BetWhale offer more than two bonuses, but at least the promotions they offer have decent rewards and reasonable rollover requirements.

Payment Methods Review

BetWhale offers simple and straightforward transactions for both deposits and withdrawals. Deposit methods include Visa and Mastercard, as well as the following cryptocurrency options:

Withdrawals are available through Bitcoin, Tether, bank wire, and, much to my delight, credit cards. Like many online casinos the payout options are more limited than deposits, but BetWhale is one of the few gambling sites that offers payouts directly to your Visa and Mastercard.

Individual withdrawals, regardless of method, have a minimum of $150 and a maximum of $2,500. $150 is a high minimum, and $2,500 is a low maximum, in my opinion.

Unfortunately the site has slow payout times too, 3–5 business days. It doesn’t charge withdrawal fees, which is a plus, but most competing gambling sites have payouts in 1–48 hours. This is an area I’d like to see BetWhale improve upon.

BetWhale Sportsbook Review

BetWhale’s sportsbook offers over 27,000 betting markets from UltraPlay, a trusted source for online sports betting systems for over a decade. This vast market selection includes standards like the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC, motorsports, and tennis. It also offers beach volleyball, table tennis, and soccer leagues like the MLS, EPL, and Bundesliga.

The site also has a robust esports wagering section. While it might seem odd to bet on people playing video games, esports are a multi-billion-dollar industry.

The sportsbook delivers odds and spreads for over 200 esports games, from Counter-Strike to Warcraft 3.

When I wrote this review there were 17 live games available for streaming. I got caught up watching a Call of Duty battle between the Minnesota RØKKR and NY Subliners. That match alone offered 16 different wagers, from outright winners to round winners and even total maps played.

There’s also a full-fledged live casino powered by Visionary iGaming. With over 50 roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and super 6 tables, BetWhale has something for everyone. Now, let’s dive a little deeper into each casino section.

Slots

At the time of this writing, BetWhale features around 1,300 slots from top developers like Rival, Dragon Gaming, Nucleus, and Betsoft. The casino collects all its slots into one location. Simply click on “All Slots” from the navigation menu at the top of the page.

While the selection of titles is fantastic, with that many slots, it’s a bit of a chore to browse. While the search bar is helpful, I would like to see BetWhale filter titles by three-reel, five-reel, provider, and so on.

My personal favorites were:

• Bigger Cash Win — This three-reel slot from Rival Gaming features five pay lines, wild symbols, and a 95.46% RTP. Unlike a lot of slots, only two “Bigger Cash Win” symbols are required to trigger the game’s wheel bonus (versus three). Simply spin the wheel to earn up to 15 free spins with wins from $1–$125 per spin.  

• Wrath of Thor — Nucleus Gaming’s Wrath of Thor is a 5×3 all-ways (243 ways, to be specific) slot with a bonus round that features four jackpots. The game is mostly micro wins which I personally like, and once six medallions appear, the hold & win scatter feature kicks in—rapidly building excitement as the bonus round unfolds. 

• Behind the Mask — From Dice Lab, this 3×3 celebration of party masks boasts a coin bonus round that can easily enhance your bankroll. The game has a wide range of per-spin bets available, $0.09–$450. It also features Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand jackpots, based on your wager.

Table Games

BetWhale has over 90 table games for different gambling tastes. It features eight American and 13 European/French roulette variations. There’s also Dragon roulette, Double Dragon roulette, Mini-roulette, and Zoom roulette.

You can find seven baccarat tables at BetWhale, more than the usual one or two offered at most other online casinos. The section also has more esoteric games like Andar Bahar, Draw Hi-Lo, craps, Red Dog, and Card Clash.

There’s an entire dedicated blackjack section separate from the rest of the table games, as well. Its 29 offerings include single-deck, multi-deck, Dragon, American, European, and Super 7 Blackjack.

Speaking of scratch cards, the site has 15 available, including a personal favorite—The Bankheist. The rest of the specialty games section includes many crash games, several Plinko titles, and even a fun Dragon Pachinko game for you to try out.

Live Dealer

The live dealer section features over 50 live tables powered by Visionary iGaming — one of the top studios in the world. This includes 24 blackjack games, 18 roulette, eight baccarat, and six Super 6. The 15 remaining games include Lucky 7, Dice Duel, and War of Bets.

You can find both regular and early payout blackjack, with limits ranging from $10–$20,000 per hand. The early payout tables also feature unlimited seating, so you don’t have to wait for an empty seat to start playing.

Baccarat has games at five stakes levels, ranging from $1–$200 all the way up to $250–$10,000 per hand. You can also play both American and European roulette, with per-spin stakes ranging from $0.50–$13,000.

I tried some low-level European roulette at Felix’s table. He had a friendly demeanor and kept the game fun and light. I also tried the early payout blackjack at Jaden’s table. Jaden didn’t talk as much but was lively with the cards. Both dealers were excellent and provided a unique experience at their respective tables.

The games I played offered flawless streaming quality. Each had on-screen rules readily available for any questions while playing. They also had plenty of text traffic in the chat window. If you enjoy live dealer games, BetWhale is worth a visit.

Visit the BetWhale homepage and click the yellow “Sign Up” button on the top right-hand corner of the screen. You’ll choose a username and password and enter your email address. After that, you will provide basic details, like your physical address and phone number. BetWhale will email you immediately (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). BetWhale’s customer service department is one of the best I’ve encountered in over five years of reviewing online casinos. It publishes its customer support phone number on virtually every page of the site. That alone makes it stand out from other sites that make it hard to find contact information. It also offers email support and a very helpful live chat option.

When I had questions about the welcome bonus, I clicked the chat icon and was immediately greeted by a live person. The agent, Daisy, was courteous, professional, and to the point.

She answered my questions about the maximum limits for welcome bonuses in under a minute.

As a matter of fact, I have the chat transcript right here:

My Final Verdict for BetWhale

I was pleasantly surprised by BetWhale’s vast wagering opportunities on regular sports and esports events. I was also impressed that some of the internet’s best game developers are well-represented in the site’s casino.

The cashier’s transaction options are accessible and easy to use. I completed the sign-up process — including my initial deposit—within minutes. Furthermore, the customer support is second to none.

Of course, no gambling operation is perfect. BetWhale could offer some extra information in the sportsbook, such as statistics and expert analyses. I also think it could use more reasonable withdrawal limits, as well as faster payout processing times.

That said, BetWhale has plenty to offer sports bettors and casino gamblers and I give it my full recommendation.
