Alright… where do I start. I had high hopes for this casino, as I do really like 20Bet and National Casino (sister sites)… and then the issues began. I had a technical issue while playing Aviator by Spribe (provider); the game wouldn’t let me cash out – if you’re not familiar with Aviator, it is a “crash” game that you can choose when to stop the game to collect your winnings, before the plane crashes. The button for collecting wouldn’t work, and my games – 3 of them before I quit – all went until the final crash amount. I took screenshots, which even show my attempts at COLLECTING my wins but for whatever reason were NOT collecting. This was sent to tech, and they came up with this answer: that my internet was the problem. My internet is delivered to a large apartment building in mid town by Bell FIBE, which is the BEST you can get. I did argue this, only to be told that the PROVIDER themselves looked at it and also blamed my internet. Folks, I run my entire household on internet, and let me tell you this, not once did my television program have an issue (it was playing in the background, and all of my television viewing is done over internet).. I have a partial degree in Computer Programmer/Analyst, and have a wide knowledge base of all things “internet” and the problem definitely wasn’t MY internet. The case was then “closed”. I would receive emails asking to rate their service, to which I would answer honestly: NO I wasn’t satisfied, and I did not believe they had conducted a proper investigation of the game interruptions. It got to be so annoying that I asked that my funds be added back to my account, and this wasn’t much – but it was the PRINCIPLE of it all. That was met with more “it’s your fault not ours” type of conversations, and I decided to just give up on it. Well, almost 3 weeks later, I get an email that they’ve re-credited my account for those funds. GREAT!! So, I decide I may as well play those few credits, and what happens? ANOTHER technical issue: this time I cannot open certain providers that would open prior to this. I get on the chat again, only to be given the usual advice: Clear cache/cookes, try incognito, try another browser, try another device. Did it, did it, did it, did it… nothing solved the issue. I then was asked for screenshots. I provided them… even though it seems very redundant to send a screenshot of a game NOT opening… So while I wait, I decide to open another game and play – well, the game on opening spins and eats half of my balance. I didn’t touch anything, I did not accidentally TOUCH a thing – boom. Gone. I really hate to give a rotten “feedback” but this casino has had mostly technical issues since I have played there, and the attitude is so infuriating. I recommend that if you experience a technical issue there, DO tell them but don’t expect much. And don’t spend a whole lot here, as you may unexpectedly have your balance chewed up by rogue games spinning at max bet. Good things about the casino: if it all worked properly, it’s fantastic: providers are plenty, the look is very similar to National Casino, where I will STAY playing and not here…
