I do like Bovada casino but I do wish that they offered more bonuses. The loyalty points take so long to build up and bonuses and wagering do not count towards your points. I have noticed them being a little more generous than previously but could still use a boost. Their slots all run smoothly for me and they do have quite a selection. I absolutely do not like the deposit fee here… Considering they are almost identical to Slots.lv besides for charging a fee to deposit and offering way less NDB’s, they will begin to lose their players to sister sites Slots.lv and NEW Ignition Casino. I realy like this casino. The first time i. deposited at this casino I hit 1200 dollars on video poker although I thought it was weird that they sent my withdraw to their sister casino Ignition but they did send my check to me 2 weeks later. Bovada and Ignition have removed keno from their site.
I went back and forth with them the last 2 days trying to explain that keno was taking my money and not playing thru the game. It would freeze after i picked my numbers and hit play. They kept saying clear your cache, use a diff browser, etc. i knew it was their side that was messed up because i used multiple devices. I have asked them to refund my money and fix keno. Now it has been completely removed from the site. It would be nice if they communicated something to all of the keno players! Dealing with the customer service for bovada and all of their other sites is so
frustrating! They all just seem to blow every problem off as being the players fault! They also are making a lot of bad changes in regards to rewards, cash back, and overall wins!

Bovada, as well as its sister companies’ Ignition and Café, are my top favorite places to play. I have cashed out multiple times and have never had any issues. I do want to mention that I have never cashed out at Bovada and received it within the hour or even a few hours, instead almost always going to be the next day (which is absolutely fine with me considering all of the bull other casinos put you thru in order to withdrawal). Customer support is always friendly and personable (for the most part). I will continue to return to and continue to deposit. Definitely give the place a shot, if you haven’t already.

I actually like Bovada Casino and this is a surprise since I am turned off by the RTG software. It is just something about the games that I cannot get excited over anymore. Before I claim an offer I always contact support to make sure if I do win my wins will not be void. I had a really good experience with customer support when I was emailed a free offer and couldn’t log into my account. I tried resetting my password and for the life of me could not remember my security question/answer. I telephoned customer service and they told me my account’s security question was changed recently. This blew me away because I have never had anyone (hack) into any of my accounts. This wasn’t confirmed that this is what happened but it’s the only thing we could come up with. Anyway, I verified some personal info and was sent the link to reset my password. The friendly rep was more than happy to credit my account with the free offer no questions asked. I didn’t win of course but that didn’t matter to me or put a bad taste in my mouth since I felt like I was a winner already by receiving such awesome support from customer service. This to me is going out of your way to help players. Since I have never deposited here this really took me by surprise that I would be treated so good. I know Bovada has been in the industry for many years and this just goes to show that there are still some good places out there that do indeed stand by their motto of putting players first. I will definitely give Bovada a try with a real money deposit. They deserve this to say the least and I will be sure to come back and post my real money play once I do. Who knows I might get lucky and win one of their progressive jackpots. 🙂
