I like the old Bovada. Things seemed to have Change for the worst several years ago when they switched ownership or Brandon’s or whatever they did. The game is just all played different everything seems to be a lot tighter and the bonuses are hard to come by. Compared to what they used to be. Game selection is meteoker if you have played at slots.lv, cafecasino, or ignition then you have already experienced bovada. Customer support is not the greatest when it comes to finding a solution. Sometimes very slow responses and if it is in regards to a bonus that you got an email a.b such as making a mastercard deposit and receive a free 15$ chip for doing so you have to make sure you go to support and hassle them for the bonus chip that they sent you an email offer about. They don’t get that sometimes thats the only reason that people go out of there way to use a certain deposit method. Payouts could be quicker thats for sure as well. Step it up bovada.

I do like Bovada casino but I do wish that they offered more bonuses. The loyalty points take so long to build up and bonuses and wagering do not count towards your points. I have noticed them being a little more generous than previously but could still use a boost. Their slots all run smoothly for me and they do have quite a selection. I absolutely do not like the deposit fee here… Considering they are almost identical to Slots.lv besides for charging a fee to deposit and offering way less NDB’s, they will begin to lose their players to sister sites Slots.lv and NEW Ignition Casino. I realy like this casino. The first time i. deposited at this casino I hit 1200 dollars on video poker although I thought it was weird that they sent my withdraw to their sister casino Ignition but they did send my check to me 2 weeks later. Bovada and Ignition have removed keno from their site.
I went back and forth with them the last 2 days trying to explain that keno was taking my money and not playing thru the game. It would freeze after i picked my numbers and hit play. They kept saying clear your cache, use a diff browser, etc. i knew it was their side that was messed up because i used multiple devices. I have asked them to refund my money and fix keno. Now it has been completely removed from the site. It would be nice if they communicated something to all of the keno players! frustrating! They all just seem to blow every problem off as being the players fault! They also are making a lot of bad changes in regards to rewards, cash back, and overall wins!
