Bovada, as well as its sister companies’ Ignition and Café, are my top favorite places to play. I have cashed out multiple times and have never had any issues. I do want to mention that I have never cashed out at Bovada and received it within the hour or even a few hours, instead almost always going to be the next day (which is absolutely fine with me considering all of the bull other casinos put you thru in order to withdrawal). I actually like Bovada Casino and this is a surprise since I am turned off by the RTG software. It is just something about the games that I cannot get excited over anymore. Back when I first started playing online it was my favorite. I’ve had an account with Bovada for a while, never deposited here but do claim the free offers that are sent to my email. Before I claim an offer I always contact support to make sure if I do win my wins will not be void. I had a really good experience with customer support when I was emailed a free offer and couldn’t log into my account. I tried resetting my password and for the life of me could not remember my security question/answer. I telephoned customer service and they told me my account’s security question was changed recently. This blew me away because I have never had anyone (hack) into any of my accounts. This wasn’t confirmed that this is what happened but it’s the only thing we could come up with. Anyway, I verified some personal info and was sent the link to reset my password. The friendly rep was more than happy to credit my account with the free offer no questions asked. I didn’t win of course but that didn’t matter to me or put a bad taste in my mouth since I felt like I was a winner already by receiving such awesome support from customer service. This to me is going out of your way to help players. Since I have never deposited here this really took me by surprise that I would be treated so good. I know Bovada has been in the industry for many years and this just goes to show that there are still some good places out there that do indeed stand by their motto of putting players first. I will definitely give Bovada a try with a real money deposit. They deserve this to say the least and I will be sure to come back and post my real money play once I do. Who knows I might get lucky and win one of their progressive jackpots. 🙂

They pay out super fast no questions I love that however I’m really having an issue with the legitimacy of the poker. I can’t prove it’s not legit and can’t prove it is but it sure seems like it is all very conveniently timed with the way the bad beats big hands ect play out. It’s also frustrating u have no idea who your playing against ever it’s always just a number. That needs to be addressed everything else tho very good.

The customer support team has always been so helpful and caring. It does a while to get in touch with them, but whatever problem you have, they do what they can to fix it. I’ve had 2 payouts from them, and received them both within the time frame they game me. I am bummed that after flash player was discontinued, my 2 favorite games were taken off the roster, but still a great site. Definitely recommend.

There are too few online casinos like this one. When I deposit here I am aware that I may loose, but difference here is if I happen to win I know for sure I can cash out and have my money within the hour. Which typically is an issue with alot of online casinos. If I win anything over 500, I prefer to cash out and have the option to re deposit how I choose. Which the speed of bitcoin deposits and with draws I am able to play smarter.
