Customer service is very slow. The poker room is a great place to play and they are reliable with cashouts. However their slots are just money grabs in my limited experience. Remember that they offer other forms of gaming that have higher outlay like poker so if you arent getting freebies all the time like with some places this is why.

I have played poker on Bovada for years but only just started to play some of the slots and boy are they fun! Lots of games to choose from some seem to have high jackpots but I doubt I’ll ever win one. I never had an issue with withdrawing, especially the last couple years with bitcoin. I loved playing at Bovada but my boyfriend was the one who introduced me to the site and because we both apparently register to the same IP address, my account was closed. With that being said- double check these things before hand, often times casinos are far more flexible if you contact them before hand letting them know the situation so they don’t have to find out down the road and take their only option as a reactionary means. While I did play here I was playing and betting constantly. It was instant to find out what your winnings were with sports bets and the bets included fun random things that made it a little more exciting to bet on things like how long the national anthem will be!
