worst support ever, takes several minutes for basic assistance, dont like giving bonuses, takes a bit to deposit should be faster with bitcoin, graphics are slow at times, menu for slots should be straight ford too many clicks to with games

Well Bovada screwed me bad. I deposited the exact amount they said to match the bonus and they didn’t match it at all. I tried to get my money back via bank transfer and come to find out you have to have a minimum amount to do that 👍 then I tried to even create a bitcoin in order to get my money back and it keeps denying the request. I know I’m not the only one who has had this problem, all I want is my money back and not one person has responded to me. I feel like a complete idiot, I guess I’m just at a pretty low point in life and this made it so much worse. Nobody at Brovada even cares, it’s sickening that they jus take from the poor and keep giving to the rich.

I like Bovada,, but I just wish they had some bonuses or free spins or something to offer.

Deposited over $1000 with this casino. Never withdrew a dime not even close to withdrawing anything lol. Stupid me for deposited after losing repeatedly. Oh well I wouldn’t recommend depositing with this casino.

Pulling my rating down from Awesome to liked it because I just feel that I don’t I shouldn’t have to upgrade my account to a BTC exclusive account which isn’t even that exclusive because it’s offered every player as I deposit $1,500 one month and wagered over three hundred grand, I asked why I wasn’t receiving you know reward points as I do on Cafe casino or ignition Casino and they said I would need to upgrade to a BTC exclusive account I’ve been with bovada for 17 years I just think that’s crap they only get a 4.2 because they are legitimate and they pay legitimately but that is garbage I feel for someone who’s been with them for 17 years

The only online casino I ever played that paid my winnings was Bovada Casino. Granted. It’s been a few years but I signed up and received a free $25 chip and turned that into over $300.
