Cafe casino has changed drastically for the worse. The crypto exclusive accounts had the perk benefit of 15000 perk points and 25 free spins with each first weekly qualifying deposit. The site still advertises this benefit. The forums show that some players get it, some players do not without explanation. A terrible replacement prize wheel was given at one pin t but even it fails to load properly. Supposed does not help anymore. Whatever reason management made these changes is for the worse. Players will continue to leave.

I actually like playing here. They have a good variety of slots that are a little different than the ones that you mostly get to play on. They have good bonuses. You can always cash in your points no matter how many you have and I have never had an issue cashing out. The only reason I don’t give it a 5 is because it isn’t an automatic cash out and I think if you have a crypto only account that you should be able to cash out immediatly and not have to wait 24-72 hours.

OOOHHHH What to say? Yet another Bovada/Ignition affiliate… that’s all i really need to say. Didn’t realize it at first, but made an account and when I went to speak with customer service, noticed all the resemblance of the Bovada/Ignition brand. My favorite part was that when I asked the customer service rep if they were affiliated with Bovada, they refused to give me a straight forward answer, which leads me to wonder, why? I have asked various other poker rooms/casinos if they are affiliated with other sites when making accounts to make sure that I do not accidentally break any T&C’s (which, if you’ve never accidentally done this, and had to go through the long and aggravating process to unfreeze your accounts and seized funds, I pray you never do), have always been open when asked… however Cafe Casino’s rep refused to respond with a simple yes or no, and became rude and curt by the end of the conversation. They straight away told me that I already had a player account and because of that they “would not offer me a business relationship”. The problem is, I never created a players account here 100% for sure, so their loss in the end. Live chat customer support was super rude about the situation and only said that the decision was final and closed the chat on me mid sentence. Nice.
