I like this site. Perhaps withdrawal processing takes too long for other methods but bitcoin cleared after 72 hours which is not nearly as bad as some other places. The 10x max payout on their big bonus kinda sucks but other than that I have had success here and gotten paid out.

I’ve been playing here for over a year. Verified my account right away too first day and a few months ago I went to withdraw and couldn’t because I needed to change my phone number when I contacted customer service to do so. I didn’t know my pin apparently and my birthday was not right they said well I asked to speak with a manager so we could get it straightened out. I was put on hold for a long time then kicked off the site and my account disabled with money still in my account! I haven’t had the time to wait and talk to customer service again until tonight which I’ve been on hold for a long time again and not even an initial answer.

This place cancelled my account with lots of deposits and player points because my wife has an account and we obviously live in the same house. I have tried to get them to reenable it and verified my account and all that but but nope. So they expect us share an account? So when she is on I have to wait my turn? I’ll never get to play. It is absolutely absurd.
