Dislike cashed out twice and for some reason I’m told I will no longer be eligible for any type of bonuses

I’ve only played here a couple of times, both because of a free bonus so I can only comment on that and it was not really all that great but it wasn’t horrible to play at either. I have won atleast 15,000 on this casino and i have been playing for about a year. I cashed out numerous times and there was not any problems. I like to withdraw via bitcoin because it seems to be the quickest way. My husband has cashed out $1000 through check and it took like 3 weeks to get here.
