Here I am with another review on Casumo. In the past 6 months I lost here over 1000 euros without cashing out anything.I always ask for some free bonus, especially some free cash.Only once I received 10 free euros, back in October 2015.I closed my account here because of the lack of bonuses.Their excuse is that they give you free spins on almost every level you reach, but let’s be honest…they give you for example 3 free spins on Kings Of Chicago for 0.05 euros/spin.What is that?Or they give you 3 free spins on The Wishmaster slot…on which even if you hit the bonus round you can’t play it because you don’t have enough spins.I will never open my account here again.I used to like this casino until this started to happen.There are much better online casinos which have more respect for their players.

I’ve only ever had experiences with casume. very friendly customer support, deposits and withdrawals are processed very quickly and the game selection is really great. I can definitely recommend casume is really a great casino.

I like the loyalty part of this casino. They gives out free spins and free money when you hit a new level. Friendly support, but when withdrawing it toke me 5 days before the money was in my neteller acount. I did sent in all documents the day after withdraw. Casumo has good selection of slots, netent. But Im missing some Microcasino slots 🙂

I like Casumo, site looks good and it is easy to use. They have interesting promotions and customers service works good. For some reason this casino do not work very fast in my computer so that is reason why Casumo is not my option number one where to play.

Casumo is an impressive casino in terms of available games and such. They have nearly everything, their support is very good and they always if you win. But this casino is not for everyone. What i mean is that the casino is the perfect place if you don’t like deposit bonuses and prefer to play raw money. Then you will be in heaven and they will reward you a lot for playing there. If you are a player that prefer deposit bonuses then you have a problem, not that they won’t give you bonuses because they do and will gladly offer you something. I did once asked them if i could have a bonus and they simply gave me a chip worth infinite 50% deposit bonuses for the next 99 years lol. But here’s the catch, you have to wager both the bonus AND your money. So what it means is if i deposit 50$ with a 50% i have 50+25$=75$. Then i must wager 25-30×75 meaning the odds of beating it are close to impossible. I mean calculate it for a second, if you deposit 50$ and have 75$ to play with but the wager is 2250$ and the slots have 96% RTP it means that in the long run they expect you to lose 2250×0.04= 90$ to be allowed to cash out. So yeah you start with 75$ everytime but have to lose 90$ to the negative RTP to cash out. Doesn’t need a genius to figure out you have to run run run far far away from this casino. But there again it’s if you want to deposit with a bonus because if you just play raw money then you are in heaven.

Update: Casumo is currently rolling a little downhill in my rating because it awards significantly fewer or no bonuses for German players. The higher the lvl, the rarer I get bonuses here (regardless of whether it’s a deposit bonus / free spins bonus or freebies) and the duration of transactions used to be faster in the past

I like Casumo’s customer support very much – they are very kind and helpful there. I sometimes just chat with those fellows.. Anyways the whole Casino is also good, I’d give it some good stars – no casino is a perfect one but Casumo does give free spins for depositors quite oftenly and that’s one good advantage of this casino. I can recommend Casumo!

I have conflicting views about Casumo! The site looks beautiful, has a great range of games (with no lag that I’ve experienced) and I love the gamification concept. However, I feel that the further you progress through the levels, the less incentive there is to continue playing as the rewards are negligible. I also never receive no deposit spins, despite having obtained level 64. Withdrawals are quick, but I haven’t managed to make many!
