I registered with casumo many years ago. At first I was always very satisfied. Then Casumo has been closed to German players for a while. when casumo reopened for german players i should get a new account because i had reached a very high level with my old account, i asked why i can’t use my old account again. The support told me that all Germans would have to create a new account. But as it turned out after a short time, that wasn’t true at all. many were allowed to keep their old accounts. my old account was not opened again. That really pissed me off and because of this I would never deposit a cent at Casumo again. After all, the different bonus offers depend on the level of the player account. I don’t trust this casino anymore!
