Hello. My money was stolen. I began to undergo verification. At first, the casino suspended my account for verification, after the casino pretended that it did not exist. I tried to prove otherwise, but casino officials pretended not to hear anything about my account money. I couldn’t get my 871 euros back.

Worst casino to deal with when it comes to deposit. I’ve deposited money 4 times & all 3 times previously it delayed credit in my Casumo account by 2/3 hours

Yesterday I deposited 4th time & it’s been 24 hours it’s still not credited to my casino account. Today after following up umpteenth times they said it’s not reached them.

How the hell successful transaction never reaches them….????

Pathetic casino support team. Despite sharing bank statement of transfer, they didn’t bother to check with their payment provider for 24 hours.

All other casinos I deal with all credit funds immediately post showing them bank statement.

But this support team was so pathetic,vthey kept saying it didn’t reach them instead of investigating it further. Worst chat upport team

My original favourite place to play. The level up system has gotten less generous but it’s still enjoyable. Bonuses less and withdrawals slower in recent years but the UX, the branding, the games selection and CS are all great so overall, happy.

I like the new sport betting part and the app – all made very nice. Live chat was helpful but I didn’t have really big issues to solve. Verification took a bit less time than in a couple of casinos I played. Not so many live games, I’d like to have more promotions and less weird navigation on the website. One of the payments was rejected but it was failure of my bank possibly.

Casumo is old-good casino back in years, like LeoVegas Casino is, it’s very trustable and verified casino, it was adversited in Finland many times.I played here 2-3 years and i’m not playing anymore because of the lack of bonuses you gain, you don’t get any promo email (AT ALL). Played around some K’s in total, withdrawals are usually 1-3 days, never instant sadly.

I don’t like this casino. The support is unfriendly and did not respond to my words. I had a bigger problem with the casino. Don’t want to go into it anymore, but I am very disappointed. A zero of mine.
