There is good and varied selection of game in the casino. The games work well in the casino. There is no problem when you make deposit to the casino.. Account verification is slow. They ask you more and more documents because they will not tell required documents at once. You have to be prepared to send one month account transactions from the bank. Customer service is poor. They will always send you automatic message that they are congested and just repeat processing times. They do not follow their own rules and do not pay withdrawal within the deadline. I’ve been waiting for the money soon two weeks, but they still ask to wait. Casumo is not a trustworthy casino. I recommend playing at casinos which request the documents required by the MGA, fulfill their obligations quickly following the rules and do not give excuses for everything.
The game selections are nice. The app runs very smooth. I don’t have a lot to say. Customer service earlier this year was fine. Small withdrawals were done within the time frame listed on their site Customer service is hard to talk with. Long waits in replies to email, the live chat is in fact not 24/7 as multiple times I would go into the chat option and would get a message saying they will be back.. Tomorrow. But when it comes to getting a solid answer when your big winnings will be approved and processed instead of sitting in pending status. They do not reply with anything more than please be patient.
I only the collection of slots. You will get almost all slots. User experience is very poor gets logged out every now & then both in their app and website. Withdrawal for e-wallet takes so much time useless. Customer support is one of worst u will see. If u face a problem it may takes hours to get resolved since they take long time for provide you a customer care executive. I had terrible experience I didn’t expected it. Their selection of slots and of games is decent. I like some of the games they offer. I wish I could post more positive things but don’t have anymore. Customer service is terrible. The vip managers tell you one thing and do not maintain their word. They drop you as a. Vip member as soon as they promise you bonuses and then don’t want to honour it. Not honest and ethical at all. And the verification process they put you through is enough to make anyone go crazy. They even wanted my income tax return or I couldn’t play. I would highly recommend to stay away. This is the most dishonest casino I ever joined.
Failure to answer live chat, failure to answer email, failure to answer Facebook messages, Failure to pay withdrawals, awful reviews on Trustpilot. It appears many players are having the same issues if you read Trustpilot. I have logged my complaint with ADR and have spoken to the Commission and will be taking matters further.

Been playing for a while now 😃 really like the Casumo adventure seem to break even most of the time hopefully big win will drop in but it’s all a game of chance use play okay to keep it real so overall good fun 😉
Nice layout, customer service are quick and polite, reasonable payout speed. Lots of choice of both slots and table games. Different options to deposit and withdraw. Casumo was once a great casino and I spent many years being a member. Super quick payouts, great professional customer service team and lots of games to choose from. Basically it was a Casino I became to trust.Recently that has all changed. I got asked for the source of wealth scenario, which is fine as I believe it is a requirement. Sent all the documents, and there was a lot to send. In fact, everything beside my DNA. Anyway, after two weeks it got approved. I was playing for a few months without any issues then all of a sudden, made a deposit and requested again for verification documents. I just could not believe it. So I sent again driving license plus I had to do a Live Photo and I sent my bank statement again for the millionth time as prove of address. Throughout the day, when waiting for approval again, I decided to play with the money I deposited, which by the way, why do they do this when you have deposited….its so annoying. Anyway, all I wanted to do was play with this money and then get myself away from what was once a great casino. Trust disappeared completely. I do not recommend this casino to anybody anymore…such a shame, was great once.
Sat for a long time at this casino I was a regular customer until I won 4900 and they don’t want to pay it on my Skrill account. They must necessarily have a Copy from Bank account for payment. But I have already had a lot of payouts made and all on my Paysavecard account. But that is not a bank account? Lock withdrawal is good feature, this portion of the casino looks like it is consumer friendly. Also, there are a variety of games – good Live Casino offering. It is very hard for Canadians to get verified due to how our banking portals look. I had to wait multiple weeks to get a bank statement showing my name.Also, Casumo will hold your money hostage in some instances. I am currently owed money and they want me to wait another several weeks until another bank statement is released.
Easy and simple, but professional way of playing the slots on this online Casino. Good (deposit) bonus offers. They have, mostly, the newest released slots as first. Casumo was one of the few online casinos I had much confidence in since I have signed in at 2016. But I administer all my deposit and withdrawals from each online casino I play on. Casumo has given me the biggest % part of total losses on all online casinos I played on. This cannot be only I didn’t have luck, while I also play for example on Calzone and Videoslots. They gave me very good wins now and then or better: the net losses are not increasing like they do on Casumo and I am also not playing more on this 2 online casinos. Some more attention needed here: There pay out policy is not consistent. On bank withdrawals they take not a fixed number of minutes but random. Sometimes it is 30 minutes, then 60 minutes, and then a few hours. Playing without wager and then suddenly after a good win there is a bonus money coming in with the wager amount. That is very confusing. Instead, you want to withdraw that good win because they gave you the choice going into wager or withdraw the money. And withdrawing on wager is completely different from withdrawing raw money. Last week problems with login. I’m only using saved passwords. Now Casumo is, or was working with only password. Not with Username and Password. I couldn’t log in normal. Gave me some uncomfortable feelings.
