Positive The customer service is great. Best of all, my withdrawal was already in my bank account by the next week. Their bonuses are not as flashy as some other RTG casinos. But in realty, most of the other RTG casinos w/ big bonuses take forever to pay your winnings. They do have a decent payout system with blackjacks paying out slightly more, so you end up winning back some of the edge of the casino. The other problem is the graphics are slightly substandard.

I won really BIG on the bonus depos…which tells me that they alter the payout ratios for bonus play…which I do not like!! I prefer to play a bonus and see how the games are actually playing, as opposed to playing something too good to be true…relying on past gameplay. and ending up with a large $%%^ in my !@@…just saying. However, I must say that the gameplay was absolutely smooth and I had no problems cashing in promised bonuses. 3.5 out of 5.

I’m a little surprised by their low rating. I’ve played here. I liked it. Customer service was very helpful and gameplay seemed incredibly fair. I’ve rated other RTG casinos before, and as I say, if you’ve seen one and played at one, you’ve played at them all. The difference between them are their deposit bonuses and customer service. Cherry Gold’s deposit bonuses don’t seem to hold-up against other RTG casinos, but their customer service is as good as any.

It’s an okay casino. But thought many of the casinos with RTG software are a little reluctant to the big winnings.

I have used their no deposit and after all the deposits bonuses but never was able to withdraw. So its still a secret for me their payout times. But i liked paying here and website looked beautiful to me. But after some months they locked my account and i think it happened because i wasnt active.
