No bonus couldn’t get an answer from them,not happy

Very fun and great graphics with very fast loading. Didn’t get enough to cash out but will be hopeful to enlighten others on that process when my time comes.

This casino (and their sister casinos) now limit how much you can win if you claim a match bonus to 10X your deposit. So, if you deposit $50, the most you can win is $500. I informed LCB of this weeks ago. How it is LCB can not have a warning about playing here due to those limits when they have warnings for other casinos that have the same limits is beyond me. If you click on the promotions tab at the Cherry Gold websites (or at their sister casinos websites) and then read the rules carefully it clearly states you are limited to winning/cashing out 10X your deposit if you claim a bonus. Any winnings above/beyond the 10X your deposit rule when you cashout are forfeited. Not cool, and not cool there is no warning about this at LCB.

Soooooooooooooo frustrated. Have sent in paper work repeatedly, even confirmed and they still wont allow me to withdraw. first i missed one line, and so i redid the whole thing and confirmed they got it. then they wanted a credit card auth on file, and so i did that to. so now after waiting forever? they send an email showing my first paperwork, with a missing number, as if none; of the other occured. I think they are stalling, and i hope lcb will either blacklist them, or help me like you did before. with a casino that wouldnt pay HELP HELP HELP

This casino is strange, they send chip after chip to you via email, yet if you don’t deposit they ban you from logging in untl you do make a deposit. I can’t say for sure that they are bad, but their options for banking were decent last i looked, and they had good customer service. I just think they must have been frustrated by a lot of people only patronizing for the free chips.

It’s quite ok, but the casino doesn’t necessarily tell you about my favorites. Games are ok, but to pass the time….it’s enough every time….and if something else comes up, then it doesn’t matter where you win??
