RIval casino which i tested 2 months ago. I get promotions email every week from them with no deposit bonuses and deposit bonuses. Deposited 1 time and got welcome bonus , livechat was helpful. Lost my deposit and won from a no deposit bonus that they sent me via mail. Requested cashout and got it in neteller in 4 days, ofcourse thats not great but atleast they paid without problems. Verification was easy only the standart documents like ID and adress verification.

I personally would stay away from this casino. The only cash out option is a wire transfer which takes 7 days after it’s processed. When it takes that long to cash out the chances of losing it all is high.

This once good casino now limits how much you can cash out if you claim a match bonus. Also, after not sending me any e-mails for months and months, they are now emailing me several times per week with offers for “new player bonuses” claiming I still qualify for a 100% match bonus. I contacted them and told them I thought that was wrong. They responded by telling me the e-mail was sent to me in error, but they have sent me the same e-mail at least three more times since then. Not sure what’s going on with this group of casinos but I won’t be playing here anytime soon. Maybe they changed owners. And as of right now I see their website is down….

Signed up today and had to ask for the bonus from Lucas the friendly Cherry Gold customer service represetative. He credited the ten euro after a short wait. And then I tried the games, which were fine in every respect except for luck….but I should be patient and low roll instead of betting higher and busting out. Nice experience.

Cherry Gold Casino provides very good and many Welcome Bonuses. They give 100% up to $110 for the 10 deposits. And many of card games are included to play with the contribution rates of 30% and they don’t set the max betting amount. But, what stopped me in the middle is that they set the max withdrawal up to 10 x Deposit only. And they were very slow in responding via emails regarding Account Verification, too.

I’m a little surprised by their low rating. I’ve played here. I liked it. Customer service was very helpful and gameplay seemed incredibly fair. I’ve rated other RTG casinos before, and as I say, if you’ve seen one and played at one, you’ve played at them all. The difference between them are their deposit bonuses and customer service. Cherry Gold’s deposit bonuses don’t seem to hold-up against other RTG casinos, but their customer service is as good as any.
