Registered to be a member back in March claimed no deposit bonus. Haven’t really been back until few weeks ago. Since then I’ve made two deposits. Going to start playing there I liked at there promotion page on there site and they have some pretty legit weekly bonuses. One of them was if you’ve deposited past 7 days and had net loss you get a free chip Monday. I contacted support chat to ask about it and I was told that management has decided that I’m not eligible for this promotion in fact none at all. I asked kindly why and the answer given was because management decided to but I’m still able to make deposits and still play. Did not seem fair or very legit so I don’t them to close my account then. I should really be given back my two deposits but whatever. Heads up everyone. I guess I did claim two promotions my welcome bonus which I had to ask them to add it and a regular match bonus.
