i got a no deposit bonus from them and completed the playthru requirements. i was over a year ago but i think that i had it up to a $170 balance and the minimum withdrawal on the free chip was $150. but when i went to cashier there was a check fee of $30 i think. i went on live chat and asked what to do and the rep just said to play until i got a balance of $180 and then try to cash out. I ended up losing it all back.

I really cannot rate this casino the way I would like to because for some reason it is not offering me any promotions. I guess you get the one promotion from LBC and that’s it. I did chat with support and that person was absolutely no help at all communicating with me like I was missing something on the website she kept telling me to check for bonuses in the cashier window? Which is where you would make a deposit. There are no promos or bonuses offered there the website is not set up like that. The only casinos I have seen that on are the Drake associated casinos and the casino like Liberty, Miami, and Every game classic casino. This casino is set up like Online Sports Betting casino and Lucky Owl casino. It has a stack of coins icon at the top of the screen which indicates the promotion tap. you click into that and the promotion page opens when you find available promotions. I get the feeling the support individual was intentionally misleading me to get me to make a deposit without a promotion. Maybe I can’t have a promotion until I make a couple of open deposits because I took the LCB promotion over 6 months ago and never went back to play again. And there are casinos that give customers a limited time to come back and tryout the casino. Well The way I look at it is no skin off my back. In fact they have in reality very likely saved me a couple 100. LMFAO ATWTTB!!!!!😂🤣

I have had it with this casino, I uninstalled it. I play here and yes the bonuses are nice, but when you spend alot of $$ and get NOTHING, that stinks. I had free spins on several games and the results were laughable, not even the amount of my wager for some games. I actually made .06 on one set of free spins. I know it is called gambling,but this is ridiculous. Does anyone ever cash out from here?

This is one of the only Rival casinos I like and….trust. I appreciate the bonuses that I always can look forward too. Customer service has also been very sweet and on the ball.

I just can’t win here. The layout and gameplay are good, wide variety of games, customer support is good, etc… but no matter what time or day I play here it’s one bad streak after another. Anyway, whatever the reason for my never ending string of losses here doesn’t matter. It’s been consistent enough that I won’t try to play here anymore. Hopefully the rest of you have better luck I have.

this was one of first rival casinos i played at and its still my favorite the only bad thing is ive never been able to cash out yet. im hoping to see more no deposit bonuses but rival doesnt give out many it seems

I have had a good experience with this casino..had a cashout from the free 7 dollar sign up bonus. I chatted directly with a woman who I later heard was a hands on manager/owner. She sent my winnings with no fuss and quickly too. I don’t know if the casino is now under new management or is still affiliated with slotocash and uptown aces…but it had a rep at one time as one of the most trustworthy and well managed rival casinos

I dident care for the live help and my account kept geting locked out so i just gave up
